  Would stay away from this place. Had four managers in the past 2 years. Each worse than the last. They dont fix anything, because management doesnt want to spend the money. Pier haa been busted for two years almost. Gate has been busted for two years. Stay away.

  Unless u can diy maintenance me and my babies without knowing because u expect they renew the filters and clean drains yk common sense things no we have been drinking form a fridge filter that was full of roaches ! And roach poop I mean it looks like The tenant before us didn’t even replace it .?!!and be prepared to not have a answer to anything can’t even reach office for anything until they have time witch is twice a week and when they feel like it don’t even know what to answer to u when you have a question staff should know about paying rent or fixing something I recommend not to move here I’ve been through two trailers and charged almost double my rent due to nobody being in office the pier is not existent the walls might be made of paper I mean I could probably do better then whatever u want to call maintenance personnel water smells like urine and they will tell u leave it running for fresh water to come its like that in every one no communication or care this is the place if it wasn’t for the school and yard is the only plus side other then that forget it not worth everyone is clueless and even neighbors will have the same complaints and get told we’re figuring it out can’t even find a stable person who knows what their doing in the office !! Ridiculous and wouldn’t want this for anyone they need to either sell or demolish this community because who ever it is who owns this paper walls with mold n god knows what else false advertisement and yet they fired Geraldine the one person actually trying to keep their head above water to have someone else who can only do well hell I’m unsure what she can do when they are here 2 times a week and for about a few hours not including not knowing what anything means ! Thhh just don’t move here honestly not worth it .

Despite managing everything on her own and dealing with challenging situations, she remained professional, patient, and dedicated. She truly understands the workload behind buying and selling homes and does an excellent job. I’m very grateful for her help!

  I wish I could give ZERO stars because this place is actually SO horrible. We have been living in mold for 8 months and they are not wanting to do anything about it. We asked for the number for corporate and they won’t give it to us. We have asked them to fix our porch because we have almost fallen through it because it is so dry rotted. This place sucks the office lady does not want to report anything to the maintenance and she says the house we are RENTING is our responsibility when it’s theres to take care of it because we do not own the trailer. The water is always messed up and smells like pure sewer and they won’t take care of it at all. I would recommend not moving here because they don't take care of anything and they just suck period they are lazy and don’t want to help and so many people are slowly moving out. Also the gate is broke and they are not wanting to fix it at all we have asked about it and they said they don’t want to fix it. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
