  I wish I could give ZERO stars because this place is actually SO horrible. We have been living in mold for 8 months and they are not wanting to do anything about it. We asked for the number for corporate and they won’t give it to us. We have asked them to fix our porch because we have almost fallen through it because it is so dry rotted. This place sucks the office lady does not want to report anything to the maintenance and she says the house we are RENTING is our responsibility when it’s theres to take care of it because we do not own the trailer. The water is always messed up and smells like pure sewer and they won’t take care of it at all. I would recommend not moving here because they don't take care of anything and they just suck period they are lazy and don’t want to help and so many people are slowly moving out. Also the gate is broke and they are not wanting to fix it at all we have asked about it and they said they don’t want to fix it. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

  They are making us move into a different house even tho we lived there for over 6 years and only giving us a week to move and making us get rid of our dogs we had for over 5 years

  Don't get back to you on their website. Selling shoddy manufactured homes as remodeled then blaming buyers.

  We went here to view a rental, it was surprising nice for a mobile home park. It’s definitely a vibe. The entire park is themed off the ocean that the property is right off of. With colorful homes & a cute sitting area right by the ocean. We didn’t end up renting with them because they didn’t have a 3bd but the 2 bd we viewed was absolutely gorgeous. The staff seemed nice, but I don’t live here so I can’t really say how they are after you commit. They have a fenced in commercial grade playground by the office, they have a very nice full size basketball court but one of the goals needs replacing.

  this place is ridicilous. the main draw to this place is a pier that for 2 yrs they have been saying they were gonna fix. they do nothing about people blocking the end of streets (even if its 1 side, it can cause accidents since everyone has to go to 1 lane ) they do nothing about the speeders. they charge way more then the property is worth. its not a gated community since the gate is always broken. they dont make sure everyone knows how to enter and exit the trailer park. they dont do anything to make it easier for delivery people to know what each trailer number is
