- DCDayana CardenasMar 10, 20265.0I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The staff in the leasing office are always nice and very helpful whenever I have questions or need anything. The maintenance team is great too and they do a good job keeping everything taken care of. The property is well maintained, and the staff really make you feel like you’re part of a community instead of just another tenant in an apartment complex. One thing I really enjoy is the resident events they do every month. It’s always something different and it’s a nice way to bring everyone together. Overall it’s been a really positive experience living here.

These are not luxury apartments very basic .The exterior of the complex is nice but the interior of the apartment units are old no upgrades. White appliances, stove and refrigerator , clean property. Decent place if you are just looking for somewhere to live. The office staff is nice however slow at resolving issues.

She never was demanding just understood that things happen that sometimes money to pay rent can be difficult. She always understood my concerns.
