  Hola, buenas tardes. Estamos aquí durante el mes de diciembre y les aseguro que este lugar está muy bien organizado. La gerente, la Sra. Eloui, tiene una excelente actitud durante todo el proceso. Nos viene de maravilla a mi familia. No tengo ninguna queja. Recomendaría este apartamento y no el otro de Pioneer. Otros apartamentos cobran por el control de plagas y no atienden las solicitudes de servicio. Este es un 10 de 10. This is such a blessing to be able to call this place my home. The contract was beautiful, even. No surprises, well written with all of YOUR needs stated and met from the beginning... You will not find another like this in balch springs. Our unit is so well taken care of, it is warm, and the remodelation here is not a lie like other apartments. The proof is so evident, when you come for a walk through, you are truly encaptivated. Fresh carpet and the showers are truly new, amazing! The manager represents the values of this place perfectly and has been so courtious, making the entire experience just a dream. In apartments there will always be some things to deal with such as cockaroaches but this place is so clean, and they take their pest control very serious.

  These guys are awesome, got setup on the same day i arrived. Couldn’t ask for better service, the rooms, floors, walls, and ceiling were the best ive seen from any other spot ive toured. Im gonna love it here

  I hadn't moved in, yet. But the young lady in the office is very friendly and she answered all my questions. She is very helpful.

  The New manager and property owners Brazos Residential are horrible to deal with. They do not know how to communicate. They ask that you call but never pick up or return your voicemail. They ask that you email them but don't know how to open and read the emails. Claim they never got them and when you forward those emails again with their response they act like they can't see their names and signatures or the timestamps from the originals. I don't work from home and travel so not sure how they expect me to read a notice on the door. No matter how many maintenance request tickets I open. They just close them without doing any work. You ask them what an admin fee is and they can't tell you. Monthly fees such as pest control that comes twice a year. Management wanted to know why I wouldn't renew my lease, it's because management sucks. Never available or knowledgeable of anything when you need them but when they want something from you they become annoying little gnats.
