  Loving our apartment here at Mercury. The location is great, so many eateries nearby and HEB. Apartments itself are very pretty. The blue and white with gold details had my heart when I came for the tour. The management is very sweet. A bug shout out to Megan. We love you Megan! I am def staying here for long

  The leasing specialist Kai made me feel welcomed and invited to The Mercury atmosphere and kindly gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom floorplan and answered all my leasing questions regarding moving in and any other concerns I may have had. I recommende working with leasing specialist Kai, she made the tour very interesting and informative.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at The Mercury. Having lived on many different properties, I can confidently say this has been the best by far. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and in an unbeatable location—just seconds from downtown, amazing restaurants, walking trails, and easy access to the highway. There’s always something to do, and it truly feels like home. What really sets The Mercury apart, though, is the team. Megan and David, along with the entire staff, do a phenomenal job. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community they’ve created. You can feel the difference in how everything is managed—it’s seamless, welcoming, and thoughtfully run. I highly recommend The Mercury to anyone looking for a place that combines location, quality, and exceptional service. It’s truly been an amazing experience living here.

  I recently toured The Mercury and had such a great experience! The property itself is beautiful, well-kept, and has a really inviting atmosphere. What really made the tour stand out, though, was Megan and Makenzie. They were both incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who walk through the door. They made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable, which goes a long way when you’re looking for a new place. Definitely recommend checking out The Mercury and asking for Megan or Makenzie if you can!

  Exceptional service from Megan and Mackenzie at The Mercury Megan and Mackenzie delivered some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Austin. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I wanted — including things I didn’t even realize I was looking for. Their follow‑up was thoughtful and timely, and the questions they asked showed real expertise and an ability to understand my style and needs on a deeper level. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, intuition, and personality this well. They made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. The Mercury is lucky to have them, and I’ll absolutely be back because of the outstanding service they provided.
