    These five stars are specifically for Isaac, the maintenance guy. Me and my mom just moved in yesterday and he has been nothing but accommodating! His customer service is immaculate and although I haven’t had any bad encounters with the other staff here, as of yet, he takes the cake.

    Isaac who is our maintenance technician here at the Loretta is amazing . Everytime he comes and does service in my apartment he always gets the job done! He deserves a raise lol . Keep up the good work Isaac !

    Terrible place to live. The office is lazy and useless. The worst place I've ever lived. If you consider moving here, I suggest making several trips here first and drive around the entire property with a critical and discerning eye.

    The five star rating is for Isaac with maintenance. I made a maintenance request right before the holidays. He showed up soon. Fixed everything great (and fast). Was considerate while in the unit.
