5 star experience! Our team visited this property today and got to speak with the onsite staff. Everyone was so kind and accommodating toward our team. We had such a great time stopping by!
I have lived here for 7 months in 2 different units. The first I was with a roommate that I wanted to separate from, and they made it easy for us to split the lease, however they told me there were only 2 units available, and then somehow gave my roommate a different apartment than the 2 we agreed upon. The unit that I ended up in is infested with roaches, and much smaller than I wanted. I was told by the office staff specifically Nurit that the only 2 units available to move at the time we were looking was 309 and 322, which was obviously either not true or they made something available for my former roommate specifically, which i wouldn’t be surprised by since I felt she was being favored in the situation. There has been a roach infestation in this unit since i moved here in February. There were roaches crawling around here when I got the keys and it still smelled of paint. I’ve called pest control multiple times and only JUST this week did they fumigate my apartment. All the other times, the pest control boy argues with me and insinuates that i’m the reason the unit has roaches. Or, he’ll tell me he won’t spray because I sprayed something in there. The roaches are in my fridge, cabinets, MY BED!! Of course i’m going to spray something. When i moved in, the manager was male. Now it’s Tarryn who number one never notified the community of a management change, and number 2 is not very personable. I have been in a very rough financial situation due to losing a bank account, and I am 2 months behind on my rent I can acknowledge that. I have been extremely transparent about my situation with the office staff and they gave me an extension of time to pay. I KNEW that because of my situation, I couldn’t get everything by the date we set so I asked Tarryn to be transparent with me about what would happen at that point so I could plan. I FLAT OUT asked her “is the next step eviction? I understand if it is and I will do my best to have the money, but I need clarification so I can plan” and her response was “Well we never want that🥺” and told me to call if anything changes. That is extremely vague lol and then when that date arrived and I called her for help, she rudely and flatly told me the amount I’d be able to pay wasn’t enough and that they’d be filing eviction. Filing eviction is not the issue. I know i’m behind. My issue is letting me think you were going to work with me and give me some sort of solution when I very clearly and plainly said “if i need to be evicted, just tell me so I can make arrangements”. I’m not from austin and have no family to just jump to here, so i would’ve preferred the honesty 2 weeks ago. This is all since February 2026 it is now April 2026. I didn’t even touch on the 5 months of living in the other unit, which also had roaches just the giant kind, how often they turn off the water for the entire complex, how unsafe it is with no gate and homeless ppl lurking and setting up right across the street, or how the maintenance staff as sweet as they are, speaks very little English and most of the time will not be able to solve your issue if they can’t understand it. There are much nicer apartments in the area, don’t waste your money.

molde molde de moho! podredumbre de madera! no se mueva aquí advirtiendo
This apartment have gone down hill, I've lived here for almost 4 years now, management switches every 3 months, they have this new lady in there that very entitled to her self, and will be leaving in the next two weeks these apartments have German cockroaches, aunts, silver fish, in most of the apartments, there is never hot water or water running in that matter . Water turns off twice a week, wholes in the wall behind ovens and refrigerators and dryers, my ceiling fan has never worked since I've got here nor been replaced put in so many tickets I just stop putting them in. Doesn't matter My refrigerator was down for 3 months till they actually found a maintenance person to work here, , people smoke pot everywhere you go, and the crime in this area is going up. For a one bedroom apartment pan almost 1,300 a month is not worth it anymore. Please find other pace to live

Update** The property manager, Deanna, has since responded and expressed empathy regarding my situation. I appreciate that acknowledgment. However, this response only occurred after I posted my original Google review. That raises concern that without public visibility, my situation may have continued without resolution.
Unfortunately, the response came far too late to restore my trust that my safety concerns would be properly addressed. I have also since learned that the current property assistant did not relay my previous communications to the manager despite multiple follow-ups, which further contributed to the lack of action.
While I recognize that some staff members have shown concern, the overall handling of this situation has left me feeling unsupported.
* Original post - I’ve endured stalking and provoking behavior from a neighbor in the building next door for over a year. I have documented evidence, a police report is on file, and I have shared everything with property management via email and in person multiple times/with the previous and current office management team. Despite multiple calls, in-person visits, and 2+ weeks waiting for a transfer review, I have not been responded to by the Manager. Rosie has been attentive to my needs and voiced her concerns and care for my protection but she is not the Manager, her hands are tied. (The new Manager has not even made it a point to introduce herself to the community via email!)
Management claims they’ll protect tenants, but my safety isn’t a priority. This violates Texas tenant rights. Side-note: I am not the only one, just the only one to speak up! Avoid if safety matters.
