  I’m almost a year in and these are my favorite apartments I’ve moved into maintenance guy is always fast and friendly and office manager is always so sweet. There are some issues with roaches but it’s not so crazy just clean y’all’s apartment better and trust it will help the issue. My only concern recently is just pluming it’s recently been messing up especially the toilet not flushing on the first flush. But other then that for the price u pay these apartments are so worth it HEB is next door gas station too. Super friendly and calm area especially if you have kids gym is always empty and calm which I love and the pool here is pretty big excited to use it with the family once it opens again. The first month I was here some lady did steal my food but haven’t seen her at these apartments recently hopefully she moved any time she’d walk her dog she would go around my building and others to see what else she could steal but again it’s been awhile since I’ve seen her around. This isn’t really on the apartment but I am including it so other tenants can keep an eye out for their packages and food orders. 🙏

  A young male employee removed clothes from a tenants washing machine on the time that she paid and inserted his own clothes. Reports of stolen credit cards. Management seems to not care about the tenants. -10/10 experience. Also cockroachs in every single cravace, along with the air systems being filthy.

  Thanks to all who reviewed this property because of you I will be looking elsewhere. Reading the reviews back 6 years and Management has not been able to resolve the repetitive concerns at this property.

  To Whom It May Concern, My name is Travis and I’m an apartment locator for apt amigos. I am writing to report an unprofessional and disrespectful interaction I had today with the on-site property manager at Peaks at Northwest Hills. This message is intended to ensure visibility across leadership within Aterra Management. I contacted the property to confirm receipt of a guest card that had been emailed multiple times to the address on file with my brokerage, along with voicemails left for follow-up. During the call, the property manager was immediately hostile and questioned whether the individual was truly my client, despite my explanation and offers to have the client verify directly. I was informed that management had changed and that the original email address was incorrect. When I asked for the correct email so I could forward the original message with date and time stamps, she initially refused. After eventually providing the email, I forwarded the documentation immediately and politely asked her to reply to confirm receipt. She refused, stating she was “too busy and she doesn’t have time for that” and that her viewing it was sufficient. The conversation escalated further, with continued dismissive and argumentative behavior. When I asked for her name, she refused and then ended the call abruptly. This was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have encountered. Such conduct is unacceptable for a property manager and reflects poorly on the community and management company. I understand this call should have been recorded and I can provide the exact date and time. I strongly encourage leadership to review it, as it will corroborate the details above. Due to this issue, my client will retract their lease and application and not proceed with move in. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and is under review. Sincerely, Travis
