  Beware Amenities will not work. half of the time we lived here something was not working and your car will be broken into due to gates not working. Our car along with others (all diffrent times )were broken into. I spoke to at least 3 other residents all who lived in diffrent areas of the complex whos cars were broken into. You can find cheaper and better!

  Honestly just look else where. Over priced and not worth the price for amenities to not work more than half of the time. When we moved in we were told that the outside areas like walking hallways were maintained and pressure washed and that was infact a lie. The walk ways were/ are always dirty!

  Don't move here, they rip up the carpet after you leave to inspect it and claim there were stains you caused and then charge you for normal wear and tear because they don't want to pay for it themselves

  I have had the pleasure of referring my clients to this amazing community. i have worked with Miranda, the leasing agent and let me say she is fabulous! she is so communicative, knowledgable and friendly. she made it such an easy choice for my clients to choose Onion creek as their new home!

  I had a very disappointing experience with Onion Creek Luxury Apartments at move-out. I left the apartment on March 26 in excellent condition — very clean, no damage, and everything intact. I even recorded a full video on the day I moved out to document the condition of the unit. Despite this, I received a bill with multiple charges that are simply not accurate, including carpet replacement, painting, cleaning, blinds, and other repairs that were not needed. These charges appear excessive and unjustified. Instead of returning my $1,400 security deposit, they are now claiming that I owe additional money. This is very concerning and does not reflect fair or honest business practices. I have shared video evidence that clearly shows the condition of the apartment at move-out. I am currently disputing these charges and escalating the matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels. I strongly advise future tenants to: Document everything at move-in and move-out Take detailed photos and videos Carefully review any charges after leaving This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better transparency and professionalism from a property that presents itself as “luxury.”
