I been to newer properties and see the grounds filthy and breezeways/stairwells nasty but there at wildwood this apartment complex is old but kept in good living condition. yeah some minor issues ( but issues you will find Everywhere) but they try hard to keep their property looking good and residents happy. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Rent rate is affordable and the units are in good condition i would lease here but i'm needing a 3/2. If you need a good 1/1 or 2/2 in north austin thats close to pretty much everything i do reccommend this place. ask for Jocyln she the leasing girl in front.
