During my visit, also the common areas were crowded and felt chaotic rather than business-oriented. I observed infants in the lobby area, including diaper changes taking place in public seating areas. I also noticed an individual repeatedly walking around with a baby stroller in the lobby. The overall atmosphere felt more like a public gathering space than a professional coworking environment. For paying members expecting a productive and quiet workspace, this environment is disappointing. Staff at this location should ensure that company guidelines are followed and that the standards promised to members are maintained.
