What do you look for in the application?
Our third-party screening company looks at multiple factors to determine approval. Your credit, rental history, current employment, and background screening will all be considered. Those with no credit score or a lower credit score may be accepted with conditions requiring a higher deposit or re-apply with a guarantor.
Are guarantors accepted?
Guarantors are accepted, but their income requirements can be different from the main applicant. Please speak with our Property Manager directly for more details.
What is the income requirement?
The income requirements are 3x the rental rate.
Which utilities are included in my rent?
Pest control is included in the monthly rent. Water and sewer are billed based on consumption and added to the rent. Valet trash service costs $30 per month, while all other utilities are billed separately and paid directly to the providers.
What is the pet policy?
We are a pet-friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. There is a weight limit of 90 lbs. per pet. Breed restrictions include Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow Chow, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherd or any mixed breed that includes one of these listed breeds. Maximum of 2 pets per apartment, 90lb limit per pet. No exotic pets or reptiles are permitted.
Pet Fees & Deposit
We require a $300 one-time pet fee to be paid per pet, as well as pet rent of $25 a month per pet. We do not charge a pet deposit. To properly register a pet with the leasing office, you will need to provide a photo of the pet and up-to-date vet records prior to moving in.
Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
Please select permission to enter when submitting your work orders through the resident portal. This will allow the maintenance team to enter your apartment to complete your work order, without you needing to be present. Please be sure animals are secure.
Is parking available?
Free parking throughout the property. Garages can be rented for $150/month and carports for $40/month if available.
How do I pay my rent online?
You can pay rent online through your resident portal.
