The apartment itself is a little bit outdated for me but there’s no doubt the residents are greatly taken care of by Nik!
- TTTj TiatiaNov 20, 20255.0Moving from California to Austin was a crazy and challenging experience in itself and living at James on south first for our first apartment couldn’t have been any better. We couldn’t have had a better complex to live for 4 years with our fur babies! The staff was and is still amazing from the maintenance team to the office Nik, Arianna, & Sarah all helped make our living situation the easiest. Best part of living there was the feel of being a community, the front office would host holiday parties, movie night at the pool and even having taco trucks throughout the week show up to give a option for dinner! Most importantly they treated us like family and always were super understanding! We will truly miss living there and would recommend James on south first anyone! Thank you James on south first!

Nik provided a hassle-free leasing experience when I was applying for my mom and Sarah and Arianna always patiently explained what everything was needed to apply and the emails were always great and easy to understand, unlike other places I’ve experienced. The office team is great at making you feel at home, because it is home. If you have an issue, you can call them and they will actually answer. The maintenance team also completes maintenance request right away. Great team. Thank you for your help!
