  The rent is way too high and the price is not transparent. I don’t recommend to live here besides the maintenance service.

  Lived here for about a year. Donna in the leasing office is very kind but I cannot say that I felt this apartment was worth the amount I paid monthly. If you're a student at UT looking for somewhere to live, you're just as fine living in Wampus and spending a similar amount for better maintenance and upkeep of the buildings facilities. My biggest issue while living here was the LAUNDRY!! You pay $2.35 a load in washers and dryers that are so tiny, I could rarely fit an entire load of clothes into the machines! Also the lock on the door is so annoying and hard to use. Found myself locked out of the laundry room on multiple occasions and would have to wait before trying again as the lock would make the most insane alarm noise at you. I know this may seem as a non-issue for some but was my absolute least favorite part about living there.

  Lived here for a year and no complaints! Love Donna at the leasing office - she's the sweetest. Maintenance is also very efficient. Super close walk to the east side of campus and right next to the bus to get to west campus or around Austin.

  Lived here August 2023-February 2025. The leasing agent, Donna, is wonderful to work with. She is so kind and empathetic, and she works to find solutions to problems. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. The apartment is close to UT (walking distance to all of campus) and Hyde Park.

  Never have I ever lived in a residential community that is so ill-managed. I have been a resident for just over 5 weeks. In that short amount of time, I have experienced the following: 5 days no water, 30 days no heat/air, fridge had to be held closed with a stool (threw away groceries), faulty washer/dryer, no screen in bedroom window, broken cabinets that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in, broken faucet in the tub (scaling water, unable to regulate), backed up drains in bathroom sinks and tubs, no stoppers in the sinks/tubs, public shaming over a parking space (that I parked in for a month w/ no issues)—supported by “management.” Prior to move in, as a prospective tenant, I was told there was no assigned parking. We pay fees for “any open spot.” New rules implemented days ago, AND my request was denied as the property manager told me that I tried to register two cars. I have two cars. All vehicle registration information was provided PRIOR to move in, and associated fees were paid. Due to concerns about the unit not being ready during the final walkthrough, I was reluctant to sign the lease. Property manager told me if I didn’t sign by that day, I would lose the “December special,” and assured me that all would be addressed and fixed. I am here, a single parent with my 11 year old son. We hoped to be here for a while, as the location is close to his school and my job. We have spent so much money! Worst decision! Property is definitely not worth $2045/month. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. All above-mentioned concerns have been documented since day one. The only bright lights are the maintenance team. They are really kind and my heart goes out to them.
