Ivan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire application process and answered every single one of our questions! He was very responsive and had excellent customer service all throughout. I live hours away, and he was very accommodating about setting up an apartment tour with us and giving us updates about the approval process - Five star service.

We would give zero stars if possible.
We've never been late on our rent and we've never caused any problems as tenants.
We've lived here almost 2 years now and after our first lease, moved to a unit off the ground floor due to the unsafe neighborhood.
The first unit was fine for the price but the second unit has been a disaster.
We weren't informed and had no knowledge of the rotting subfloor in the bathroom until we were already in the lease and moving into the unit. We were also not informed of the peeling tub that needed refinishing and was unusable as a tub.
The unit wasn't clean when we moved in.
There was old food, thick layers of dust and sticky buildup, dead bugs and condoms stashed away in cupboards and closets.
We had to deep-clean the new unit upon move-in in addition to cleaning the unit we vacated.
We have been left to our own devices when it comes to managing the roach infestation in this unit, despite the work order we submitted being closed as though it had been resolved.
What's more is that it took 6 weeks for management to address the issue with the rotten subflooring in the bathroom. When I say "address" I mean rip up the flooring then leave exposed subflooring for 7 MONTHS without finishing the work despite repeated attempts to get them to come address the issue.
We are seeking an early termination of our lease on these grounds and are currently being denied.
Do NOT lease from this property. It's a slum run by slumlords who are more interested in keeping their pockets lined than actually fulfilling their responsibility as landlords.
My boyfriend lived here and had mold issues that almost killed his dog and made him very ill as well. The complex management denied that there was black mold in the apartment and had supposedly “fixed” the leak coming from the ceiling about 3 times. Things eventually got so bad that they agreed to terminate his lease and then after that they stopped answering any question that he had. Now that he’s moving again, he found out that they never switch the utilities over from his name to the property like they said they would. He now owes money to the city of Austin while he’s been recovering from the damage done to his stuff, his health. and his finances. To say this complex is bad is an understatement.
These guys are the worst! Do not move here! They don’t respond or action maintenance requests and it takes an act of God to get anything resolved. I still have tickets submitted in early July that are still open and not resolved, it’s mid-September. I had a recurring ceiling leak from an upstairs unit whose washer kept overflowing with water that poured into my apt. that started in March and took until July to stop the leak. I had 2 buckets of dirty water in my unit for months and the apartment was left with water damage to the floor, wall damage, mold throughout the ceiling, down the walls and on/under the floor. The maintenance guy finally replaced the sheet rock and treated the mold in July but the water damage is still there and he didn’t repaint or finish the drywall so this issue is still not resolved!
They charge monthly for pest control services, yet they do not spray monthly. You have to request this thru the manager. Roaches don’t go away unless every unit is treated you can’t just treat one unit and expect this problem to go away. They don’t service the apartment every month, but you’re paying for the service every month! I’ve been here since December and have not seen Pest Control ONCE!! There are roaches and ants which are only getting worse.
I have worked thru 3 different property managers since December, this property is not being managed professionally.

The whole time I have lived here my AC has not been fixed 100 percent. I have paid full price of living here and have yet to have working ac for a long period of time. Maintenance’s friendly however I don’t believe that he is the issue. More like my entire unit in itself has never been fully 100% will be filing more work orders until issue is resolved and talking with management to work towards a resolution. Also, every other month when I use the portal to try to pay I receive an error which is very frustrating.
