- NRNick RodriguezApr 30, 20255.0I’ve lived here for the past 5 years and I can’t think of a compliant. The managements has changed over time but everyone’s who’s came in has been just awesome, typically have community events for the tenants and again they’re just the sweetest poeple. The trash valet is pretty great tbh, the wooden posts they’ve added helps keeps critters and other strays away from our apartments. Also Harvey the maintenance man/grounds keeper is probably the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Doesn’t say a lot but when he does he leaves you with a smile indeed. Right off the highway so you can get to DT Austin within 13 minutes and the surrounding neighborhood are really nice to say the less. you aren’t far from an heb/randals, other nice restaurants .All in all I’ll definitely recommend living here.
