If more people lead by her example of kindness and ability to get the job done, what a wonderful world it would be ! Koreen goes above and beyond every day to continually build a strong sense of community and healthy living environment for all tenants; by facilitating a multitude of various activities and events and also ensuring quick and effective responses to all requests. Unlike before - the lights are now on, the office is open, the phones are answered, and visiting the office has become an extremely pleasant experience ! The property is quiet, peaceful and in a very nice neighborhood - that's why it's hard to find a vacant unit. If you see one, grab it ! Can't go without a kudos to Harvey, one cool and hardworking human being ! Last, a quick shout out to Skippy - thank you for what you do !

- RLRoseana LahtiFeb 26, 20214.0I moved in to Arbors at Tallwood in August 2020. The manager at the time, Dea, was so friendly, kind, and attentive. Awesome human being in general. I was able to tour the unit and she made the application process, lease agreement, and move in seamless and easy. I was super disappointed when new management took over a few months after I moved in and Dea was no longer at Arbors. The new management has been good thus far though. The folks in the office have been friendly and responsive when I reach out. They send emails and text messages to residents communicating issues and community information regularly which I appreciate. I feel that they handled the craziness of the winter storm this month well. They sent emails out updating residents on the status of water being restored due to broken pipes multiple times daily. They provided emails with community resources for food, water, rental assistance, and other areas. My experience with the current management has been so far, so good. I love this neighborhood so much! It is so great for running and walking. Lots of hills, beautiful trees, deer, friendly people. It feels very safe and peaceful. I run to the Bull Creek trails which is only a little over 2 miles from Arbors at Tallwood. Easy access to Mopac & 183. Lots of pro's in this area and not many con's for me.
