  Couldn't recommend Stonecreek Ranch enough! We just renewed for our second 15 month lease. Kelsie and Marvin in the leasing office are incredibly kind and so very helpful. Such genuine vibes, always so professional and respectful. Julio and the rest of the maintenance team are truly amazing. So thoughtful, always waving and greeting us when we cross paths. They knock out maintenance requests so quickly, and their level of communication goes above and beyond expectation. I have genuinely never received better services from an apartment community. There are frequent resident events where they provide us tacos, pizza, chances to win prizes, etc. The amenities are always clean and functional. It's a nice and quiet little community despite being right next to 1-35, and all the other residents I've encountered have been very polite and respectful of the shared spaces. If the current staff stays and the rent doesn't go up, without a doubt I would renew time and time again.

  I love this small community! The people in the office, Marvin and Kelsey, are so funny and approachable. There are so many tress that provide natural shade, and the small size of the community compared to massive complexes gives this place a cozy and homey feel. Maintenance request are easy and dealt with within a day or two. The office also has free treats or food for residents on Fridays! This is a great, cozy, affordable apartment complex.

  My complex is so thoughtful with their occasional Taco Fridays!! Every time I come in they’re so friendly and full of sunshine and it’s the perfect ending to a week. I appreciate that in a living place so much!

  Kelsie that works in the leasing office help me out so much today!!! I had my car towed from the complex and it was by a company that WASN’T even suppose to be there! I called Kelsie so many times today and she just kept helping me and coming through for me in a tight spot. She even called me back twice when I was away from my phone. She was able to get my car back from the towing company for free which saved me almost $250! She was professional and very pleasant and got stuff done fast! SHE DESERVES A RAISE OR A PROMOTION OR ALL OF THE ABOVE! KELSIE YOU RULE!!! ❤️❤️❤️
