It wasn't even a competition between the lenders, Leahy lending was by far the best. I worked with James on a refinance and he advised me as if it was his own home. The other lenders were obviously just trying to rush through the process and just get it closed, but James at Leahy Lending took the time to actually tell me the pros and cons of different paths and advise me on the best way to meet the goals that I wanted out of the refinance. I would highly recommend Leahy Lending to help with a new home or refinance. They can make a very confusing and process approachable and easy to understand.
