- CMCatalina M4 days ago2.0Gates were always broken. I once woke up to an unhoused man sleeping outside of my front door on the third floor at 6 am when I had to walk my dog to go to work. Luckily my dog did not bark. Covered parking was a nice perk. I hope the gym is fixed by now but 22/23 it had a hole with a raccoon living in it. Pool area and volleyball court was a nice perk. My dryer was broken and there was no urgency to fix it. Floors were thin. My downstairs neighbor would call the cops on me for watching Narcos at 8 pm more than once making them think I was in trouble but I was just sitting with my dog. My Nextdoor said he never heard my tv. Overall nice area with walkable places. Delivery drivers always missed my apartment and would deliver my food to the complex next to Riverstone ranch
- PBPreston BOct 28, 20254.0Have enjoyed my time here - management is very nice and keeps the property clean and in tact. That being said, I am very unhappy with the amount of vagrancy and trespassing of nearby forest dwellers onto the property. I and a few others in the community also had our garages broken into a couple days ago with several valuables stolen. While the neighbors are nice, the community is quiet and clean, and management is top tier, we really need more vagrancy and theft deterrents such as cameras and license plate readers. Many apartment complexes and condos avoid adding functional cameras to the property. I understand margins as a property manager can be thin, but an ounce of prevention goes a long way with resident retention and safety. Sad to say this will be likely my last term at RSR given the damages. Thanks

Great location — close to everything but still peaceful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area!
- TKT.J. KinnisonOct 23, 20254.0There are features in the apartments (or at least in mine) that give such gorgeous character! The management team has been great to work with (shout to Mercedes in particular - she has been a great communicator since she lease me my apartment!) and is way more responsive than most management teams I’ve dealt with in living in apartments in many different cities and areas of Austin over the past maaaany years. Maintenance is pretty quick to address things, in my experience, and they are working to keep the community a nice place to live. Neighbors make a huge difference so that’s definitely been hit or miss but I love my apartment and feel safe living here and have not had any major issues since moving in back in March of 2024. Keep in mind - it is an older community so certain things exist that may not in new builds. None of this has caused an issue for me because of how much I love the layout of my apartment and because I feel safe. I’m not a big fan of the pool - the few times I’ve tried to go it’s loud, people are playing all different music loudly to try and drown other’s out, etc. But the community does send notices that this isn’t allowed - I just haven’t found that to cause people to stop being disrespectful of the space. I can’t really comment on other amenities as I’ve not really used them. All in all I would definitely recommend living here!

Never fails my delivery ppl can never find my building due to building numbers to faded or not visible very frustrating would love if corporate or someone could fix this to make it easier to be found management should take this serious not just for delivery personnel but for emergencies:.. faded or non visible numbers on buildings could make it harder to arrive to an emergency! Most certainly not a delivery driver! I am a resident…. Would be nice to have building numbers updated and not faded to the point you can not see!
