  Hello! I just wanted to share a review after living here for a few months. In addition, I just wanted to commend Jacob for being such a hospitable employee for the complex. Pros: The location is incredible. It is pretty central for people who do more things down south, and it's not too far for activities up north. The maintenance team is quite responsive. Management even brought in a 3rd party crew to check on claims I had made when I disagreed with maintenance. When I've gone to use the grill or fireplace, it has had propane and wasn't left empty. The gym is spacious, but doesn't have too advanced of equipment. Still good, though. Management has attempted to bring the community together through various social events which is kind of them. I haven't encountered an issue with homelessness personally. Cons: Be aware of where the apartment you're looking at within the complex lies. We are right on the frontage road and it is quite loud at all times. It is not unbearable, but it is a con nonetheless. I can't think of any others. I haven't encountered an issue with homelessness personally. Although I haven't encountered many pests, we did have a mouse and the apartment was a bit un-thorough with the response (they sent a person and they laid traps and they checked out the vents, but we had to catch it ourself and throw it out). But even then, that wasn't terrible.

  River Stone Ranch has been a true place of peace for our family, and we’re genuinely thankful to call it home. From the beginning, Northland showed care and grace toward us at a time when many others turned us down, and that meant more to our family than words can express. This community has been mostly quiet and peaceful, which we deeply value, especially as parents of an infant. We are incredibly grateful for the maintenance team. Their timeliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond has given us real peace of mind. We especially appreciated them recommending a vent cleaning service to management for our family’s safety, knowing we have a 9-month-old infant in the home. That level of care does not go unnoticed. A special thank you to our on-site manager and to Mercedes, who have gone above and beyond for us from day one…from helping with our tour to assisting with documents and always being willing to help. We’re also thankful for the manager who helped us sign our lease; seeing her around the community with a genuine smile speaks volumes about the culture here. The only reasons we wouldn’t give River Stone Ranch a full five stars are a few areas we’d love to see improved over time. Security has been an occasional concern, as some residents have experienced package-related issues, and certain gate and fencing areas could benefit from added attention. We would also appreciate consideration for a newer AC unit in the future, as cooling our one-bedroom can be slower during peak summer heat. Expanded key-fob access—particularly for community entry and nearby amenities—would also be a helpful improvement. Although we haven’t yet been able to attend community events due to scheduling conflicts, we truly appreciate the variety and thought behind them. We enjoy receiving the flyers and seeing how intentional management is about creating inclusive and diverse opportunities for residents. And lastly…a hot tub would be amazing someday! Haha. Overall, we’re very thankful for the peace, care, and effort that goes into River Stone Ranch, and we truly appreciate the heart behind this community.

  Gates were always broken. I once woke up to an unhoused man sleeping outside of my front door on the third floor at 6 am when I had to walk my dog to go to work. Luckily my dog did not bark. Covered parking was a nice perk. I hope the gym is fixed by now but 22/23 it had a hole with a raccoon living in it. Pool area and volleyball court was a nice perk. My dryer was broken and there was no urgency to fix it. Floors were thin. My downstairs neighbor would call the cops on me for watching Narcos at 8 pm more than once making them think I was in trouble but I was just sitting with my dog. My Nextdoor said he never heard my tv. Overall nice area with walkable places. Delivery drivers always missed my apartment and would deliver my food to the complex next to Riverstone ranch

  Have enjoyed my time here - management is very nice and keeps the property clean and in tact. That being said, I am very unhappy with the amount of vagrancy and trespassing of nearby forest dwellers onto the property. I and a few others in the community also had our garages broken into a couple days ago with several valuables stolen. While the neighbors are nice, the community is quiet and clean, and management is top tier, we really need more vagrancy and theft deterrents such as cameras and license plate readers. Many apartment complexes and condos avoid adding functional cameras to the property. I understand margins as a property manager can be thin, but an ounce of prevention goes a long way with resident retention and safety. Sad to say this will be likely my last term at RSR given the damages. Thanks
