Kaylee is an awful accountant and representative of PMT. She hung up on me when discussing my tenant ledger and how J&J illegally towed my car from the complex
Update: she likes to act like an accountant or the owner despite being an admin assistant. The way John runs a business is very bizarre and unprofessional.

We've been living in an apartment managed by these guys since 2023 and the 3-4 times we needed maintenance (e.g. broken window from hail, water leak from ceiling, expired fire alarm) they've always sent a technician over pretty promptly in a day or two. We haven't moved out yet, so can't really speak to how the move out / deposit process will look like, but so far they seem to be reasonably responsive to maintenance requests.

Incompetant and trying to screw you over. Document everything, keep backup copies. My lease required a professional move out cleaning, for which I paid $150 to one of their approved vendors. Gave them the receipt with my keys. They deducted from my security deposit anyway. Fortunately I had taken a picture of the receipt for proof.
Pro Tip: They deduct (coinidentally) $150 for no move out cleaning. During wampus move out season, most cleaning companies wanted much more than that. May be worth skipping the clean and letting them take it from your deposit.

The worst management team. Kaylees unprofessionalism and avoidance made my experience staying at my rented condo one of the worst. When I called the office she was always out and the staff was unhelpful. They would answer the phone with a "yeah, hello" and wouldnt give out the managers name. I thought I had the wrong number. But there would be a woman in the background telling the man who answered what to say. It was awkward. So they forward me to a voicemail and instead of a call back I would receive emails.
The reason I had been calling is because a water line upstairs had busted randomly and water was everywhere. The ceiling was falling apart and landing on top of the only toilet I had. Water was going through the roof and landing on my things. When I called the office they said it was a non emergency and I could wait till Monday. Nobody ever came. Mold started to grow and the ceiling was still coming apart. Finally, I called the city to get on them and they were there the next day. Unfortunately, they made themselves comfortable enough to go upstairs and use the bathroom, leave the seat up, and not flush the toilet.
Needless to say, when I moved out shortly after what seemed to be a retaliation was felt through not receiving my deposit. As stated in the lease, I paid for a professional maid service and carpet cleaner to go in. Even with everything being clean and sending the invoices, she refused to give me my deposit. Stated "the carpet was disgusting, didnt you see it". I had no words and at this point couldn't wait to just be done with the horrible situation. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company ever, unless some new and more professional employees are hired.
I rented from a condo off Hart Ln. Be careful cause in the lease they make you pay for plumbing as well. In these old condos during winter the pipes are always busting.

Just the worst. Poor living conditions in my apartment unit (River Crossing Townhomes off of Riverside). Flooding issues, leaky pipes, pest problems, mold.
