Set a time for orientation that I can't make and haven't responded to my communications to reschedule. I'm more than qualified. A homeowner for decades with good income. Just a couple of questions with no response except to tell me when to send my money. Read many bad reviews. Thinking I should walk before they get more of my money.

They are quick to take your money but are not willing to accommodate any needs. I applied for a coming soon home and paid the holding fee. I was excited for the house however the fence was broken/ half missing and your company denied fixing it and gave me the run around for days leading up to the move in date. I refused to sign the lease until the fence was fixed and requested a refund for the holding fee. I have yet to see a resolution and am very disappointed this time around!
