Todo bien bonito el condominio pero ya hace un mes que a las 10 de la noche se derraman varios tubos de agua en las carreteras frente al edificio 19 como se ve en las fotos que tomé y la administración no toma cartas en el asunto. Solo les interesa que paguemos puntual. Pero el agua que se derrama nos la cobran a nosotros en el recibo del agua junto al arriendo. Hace días me resbalé por la carretera húmeda en la madrugada y si me hubiera lastimado la administración iba a correr con los gastos médicos. Al igual que la basura yo vivo en un piso tres y el chico de la basura la sube a buscar cada 10 días y huelen mal siempre los pasillos. Solo retira la basura del piso 1 y dos que son visibles pero a los pisos 3 sube cada quincena. Debería de haber alguien que supervise de noche y no solo estar en la oficina en el aire acondicionado.

From the outside this seems amazing. And there are certain areas like the leasing office, which includes the gym that are well kept. However when yku start to look around everything seems run down and just not well kept. Pools look dirty and/or are out of use. The pool cushions in the main pool area are filthy. I had to stop my kid playing with them because they are caked in dirt and stains and clearly haven't been washed in months...or longer. The hallways are dirty, dog poop in the grass areas right by the houses. Pedestrian gate propped open consgantly, defeating the purpose of a gated community.

I don't recommend renting in this place they invent charges out of nowhere the maintenance service is useless, the place is very expensive for how bad the place is

AC problems since April. Light bill almost $400 every month. Sitting here with AC at 81 for weeks. Presently been in apartment 11 times brought in 2 third party companies since September 17 yet never resolving issues. Received new ac 1 week ago because entire old ac,duct work,wood work full of black, green, white mold. Never changed any of it except AC and covered mold with Kilz(A Preventative). Next door neighbors also have same problem with mold having tested come back positive for Aspergillus spp. Penicillium spp. (Mycotoxins). Don't let the fresh white paint and new AC unit fool you into signing a lease agreement. The photos below are what's really under the paint. Entire family sick including pet. Friends walk in instantly start sneezing, friend with asthma no longer comes over had episode needing inhaler after 30 minutes. October 23 still living in deadly mold and can't run ac makes family sicker. Please let me be the example and listen to what's being posted protect yourself and family. Rumor has it pipes broke during the freeze of 2020 as to what's going on in here. Major problems and concerns being covered up. Update Nov 20 same problems mold test performed by outside company apartment refused to give results not only to myself but Veterans affairs as well. Still unable to run ac/heater. Family sick apartment management doesn't care. Job still not finished in my home. Mold in duct work, vents,covers still missing.
