  Hi Team, This is against people basic needs to leave in community. They sent a mail saying that water will shutdown at 3:13 pm without any prior communication and said will restore today at 8 pm. Now it’s 15+ hours without any water at apartment till. No water for drink and basic needs. Am not sure why team not planning properly and sending emails properly and leaving apartment people like that ? This is first time experience at Texas. One of worst experience from management is , one email at Saturday after water shuts,after they left simply and no further communication and people at community is struggling lot.

  Absolutely horrible management. Rather it be decision making, communication, addressing requests, you name it. Latest example being the pluming repairs. Management sent an email oct 30th saying water will be shut off for 12 ~ 48 hours. It has been about 64 hours since this email was sent and there is no water still. I’m unsure why they’ve decided not to do this during the week when people are working for reduced impact and doing this over the weekend when everyone is at home, but it is a bad decision. Nor do i understand why they’ve sent another email last night saying water will shut off until 8pm about 20 hours ago when it has been shut off since oct 30th and has never been turned back on since. I’ve also noticed that property management is not good at addressing requests. I’ve made a few requests with them in person and none have been addressed the first time and I had to follow up 2-3 times. Tho to give them benefit of the doubt, maybe I should have made the request with email instead of speaking with them 🤷🏻‍♂️ Would give 0 stars if I could.

  Lived Here 8 Years — Disappointed by Current Management I lived in this complex from 2017 to 2025 and saw three different management companies. The current one is by far the worst. They ignored repeated complaints about loud noise, smoke, and marijuana — even when it lasted all night and multiple tenants reported it. Nothing was done. When I moved out, they kept my $500 deposit and wanted to charged me another $140, including $175 for carpet cleaning. I reminded them that carpet only lasts 5 years and I had lived there for 8. They agreed and said my balance was $0 — even they still owe me $35 Bottom line: they’ll keep your money even when they admit they owe you money. Be careful

  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The apartment has been terrible — not clean at all. Many people smoke, and the balconies are used to hang clothes and store things, making the whole place look messy and unpleasant. The management is just as bad. You can never reach them unless you catch them in the office by chance. They completely ignore complaints and show no respect for renters. When I reported ongoing noise issues, I was told multiple times — from different staff members — to call the police myself instead of them dealing with their own tenants. They refuse to take responsibility for anything and only make changes that inconvenience me just to please others. They clearly don’t know how to handle problems and prefer to avoid them altogether. To make things worse, they never returned my deposit, even after I moved out properly. Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place under any circumstance.
