If I could give this property zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I toured the community and were explicitly told that if our application was denied for any reason, we would receive a 100% refund of the fees we paid. After our application was denied due to a prior DWI which is a non-violent misdemeanor, we were informed that only half of the application fees would be refunded. This directly contradicts what we were told during the tour.
Additionally, we were asked to complete a form requiring our bank account information in order to process the partial refund. The payment was withdrawn from our account immediately, yet we were told it would take up to two weeks to receive the refund after sending them the paperwork. This process feels inconsistent and unnecessarily complicated.
I also found the level of professionalism concerning. One of the front office employees communicated with me via text message and specifically asked me not to tell anyone she was texting because she was “not allowed to.” Communication was prompt and attentive while it appeared we were prospective tenants, but after our denial, responses became delayed and, at times, dismissive.
Finally, I feel compelled to mention that some of our interactions made us uncomfortable as a same-sex couple. During the tour, we received what felt like unusual looks, and the documentation requested during the application process seemed excessive compared to previous rental applications we have completed. While I cannot definitively state intent, the experience left us questioning whether we were treated fairly.
Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I hope management reviews these concerns to ensure clearer communication and consistent, professional treatment of all applicants moving forward.
Homophobia at its finest.
Do not waste your time or money applying here. We were told the application and admin fees were refundable, but when it came time to request a refund, management suddenly acted unaware and unresponsive. My girlfriend and I were denied for “criminal record not satisfactory” due to a prior DWI — which is a nonviolent misdemeanor — despite our combined income being well over three times the monthly rent. The reasoning did not seem consistent with our financial qualifications.
What’s most frustrating is that before we applied, they constantly called and emailed us encouraging us to submit the application. Once we were denied, communication slowed dramatically — calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and the tone became dismissive. The overall experience felt unprofessional and misleading.

I’ve lived in these apartments for three years, and although they are decent, there are many things you should be aware of. First and foremost, between the hours of 3 PM and 6 PM, it is very hard to get in and out of the complex due to heavy traffic. Secondly, when I first moved here, I had a bad roach infestation that I had to resolve myself. There is also nothing luxury about these apartments. The gates are always broken — at least one side is usually open, allowing anyone to enter — and the pool is often closed on the hottest days.
It took three years just to get my cabinets painted white. There is also constant miscommunication in the office. I’ve been told one thing one day and something completely different the next, and they never take accountability. The hallways are always dirty, and even when they are “cleaned” with just water, it doesn’t get the job done. There is construction almost every 3 to 6 months, and cars are parked for weeks without being moved, taking up limited parking.
If you’re in a hurry to get anywhere, this is not the place for you — it takes 30+ minutes just to get out. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
ADD ON: It did in fact take 3 years. I don’t have any pets
