This complex has so much potential but until upper management steps in to fix these things, it is truly so frustrating to live here. If this gets resolved I will HAPPILY update this review and tell about the great parts of living here.

One of the main access doors — the closest one to my friend’s apartment — was broken and out of order. Sure, there are other doors, but having to walk all the way around the building just to get in was really inconvenient. For a place that charges this much, basic maintenance like this shouldn’t be an issue. If this is what visitors deal with, I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for residents.

There are other entry points, but this one is the closest to my apartment, so it’s very inconvenient. For the amount you pay to live here, you really expect faster service and better attention to maintenance issues.
