  UPDATED REVIEW: The units here are really nice and I genuinely enjoy living here a lot. The location has a lot within walking distance as well, and a nice neighborhood for evening walks. The pool, gym, and lobby are beautiful. This complex is quiet and has good soundproofing in the units. The pool does echo a lot and can be quite loud but only if you have a door/window open or are out on the balcony. The onsite leasing and maintenance team are great and willing to work with you when encountering issues. We have had issues in a couple areas: ant infestations on multiple occasions (though not in a couple weeks, fingers crossed), access door and elevator issues, and a non-working washer for two months (though this was supposedly at the fault of whirlpool). However, I did receive a very lengthy and detailed email from the PM today explaining the issues we have encountered and the fixes that are on their way. I’ll update again on the status of that in days to come. One other tidbit, it would be AWESOME if the pool was heated like other Avenue 5 properties such as The Anderson. All things considered, I would definitely recommend this complex and area. I used to live up by the domain and truly feel my quality of life has improved so much since moving here.

  The fire alarm has been going off non stop for the past 2 days. It has disrupted my sleep and been an absolute nuisance. Great complex otherwise, I will adjust my review if the staff can get this under control.

  The Lenox Burnet community is the most beautiful I've seen in a long time! Their staff is absolutely amazing! My client will be moving in soon and she's so excited. We were met with warm welcomes and very informative information. The leasing team rocks and the manager was so kind and helpful! I have heard nothing but great things about Lenox Burnet. I highly recommend living here! :)

  Looks nice, but terrible maintenance I came to visit a friend at Lenox Burnet. The complex looks great, but the experience was frustrating. One of the main access doors — the closest one to my friend’s apartment — was broken and out of order. Sure, there are other doors, but having to walk all the way around the building just to get in was really inconvenient. For a place that charges this much, basic maintenance like this shouldn’t be an issue. If this is what visitors deal with, I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for residents.

  I’ve been living at Lenox Burnet and it’s been over three weeks waiting for them to fix one of the doors that gives access to the pool. There are other entry points, but this one is the closest to my apartment, so it’s very inconvenient. For the amount you pay to live here, you really expect faster service and better attention to maintenance issues.
