  It's a nice place, but I'm having trouble trying to transfer the lease for my apartment to someone else. Otherwise, it was a nice place. The rental office tries to handle the normal things, but unfortunately, the buildings are very old, and the person upstairs sneezing or walking would make a noise like they were in your house. They didn't tell me that I only have the right to try two people in the system to transfer the lease. I find the tenant online. Neither of the two people worked and they told me that I no longer have the right to try anyone. I had to pay 3 months' rent to terminate the lease early because I had to move somewhere else.

  We have lived here for 2 years. We don’t have any complaints. We love the place. It has so many trees, and it’s kid-friendly. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, the same day or the very next day they come over and fix whatever needs to be fixed. The pool is not fancy, but it’s kid-friendly, with a large shallow area perfect for the little ones. The environment around is pretty respectful, friendly, and kind among the neighbors.

  I have lived in the complex for the last 2 years. I would 100% recommend this property to any single person or a family. Its quite and the location is everything! Mary and Renee have been so good to me and their communication is great! My unit was a cute townhouse style with a fenced in patio. Never had issues with bugs, things breaking, very quite, safe place for kids to play.

  I lived here in a 1 bedroom apt (Capri layout) from August 2021-July 2022. I was paying $905/month for this 560 sq ft apartment and generally have no complaints. However, I've come to find out that this layout is now listed at $1461/month. Listed rent price went up 62% in a single year. I liked living here, but it's not worth paying more than 1k for a tiny, average apartment in far North Austin (traffic to/from downtown is substantial). Keep looking.   I’m a firm believer that happy employees means happy clients/customer/residents etc. with that being said, I’ve always been super picky to where I decided to live and you can tell a lot about a place just based on how the office staff treats you at the beginning of your moving in experience and how you are treated matters more than what rent is worth. I’ve been a resident for about a year now and I finally feel like it’s time to give a shout out to the office manager Mary and all the staff including the maintenance people for all there help and accommodating every need that came across. Super professional , understand and willing to go above and beyond. My renewal is coming up soon and I’m glad to say I would be renewing to a place where I’m not just another number.
