  Gena is the best! We had a very complicated financing situation and Gena never gave up. Her hard work and amazing wealth of knowledge got us into our dream house. I am confident it would not have happened without her.

  The GoodLife Team was awesome in helping my husband and I find our dream home! Nick actually listened to what we were looking for in a home and found houses that fell into those categories and were within our budget. He was even willing to look into homes that we found on our own and were curious about. He was not looking to just sell a home. He would tell us outright if a home was in bad condition or if we were wasting our time - which is appreciated! He was very patient as we looked at TONS of homes. It was definitely not a buyer's market and yet we never felted like we were being rushed to purchase a home or being asked to settle. Nick made himself available late nights and weekends and even allowed us to stop by his apartment to drop off time-sensitive documents! Lance was very knowledgeable and respectful. We were a difficult case (I'm sure) since my husband has no credit and I have very little. Lance and the mortgage team jumped through hoops, found exceptions and alternative routes in order for us to still get competitive rates. There is not a bank in the world that would do this for a client! In fact, after 6 months of not having our calls/emails returned, we eventually received a letter in the mail from our bank denying us for a loan. Lance was very detailed, organized, and professional when it came to requesting certain documentation from us regarding finances. He would even put in late hours on night and weekends when he easily could have spent that time with family. This is not another client-cranking, money-driven, corporate chain of hagglers who are only looking for a sale. These people truly like what they, are good at it, and provide excellent customer service. They are local and the know Austin and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend the GoodLife Team to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance. Brent & Jessie Pierce

  I had a flawless experience with the GoodLife team. They were friendly, professional, and caring. Took all the tedious and overwhelming parts of buying a home out of the process. Even after settling in I can contact them with questions/concerns and they are always glad to help!

  Oh, where to start? Wendy Jansky was amazing to work with. Luke and I had decided to start shopping for our first home in March or so and walked into the office about a half hour before they closed (bad form), but Wendy was still working and sat down to talk with us!! We loved her from day 1 and she made the whole process amazing. We sat down and talked about our wants in our home and set up all the perimeters we wanted. We then met with Gena and Lance where it didn't feel like a meeting, but more like friends getting to know each other. Once we started looking at houses, Wendy was so accommodating about what times and days she was available to meet to see the houses. Very rarely she was unable to meet within 24 hours, which is completely amazing! She was always prepared and gave honest opinions about houses and neighborhoods and we all had some laughs at some of the houses. Finally, getting to close was a bit of a headache, but probably not as much as I even know about. Issues with the appraisal and the seller's agent caused many delays in closing, but somehow this team worked together and made the MOST AMAZING deal ever. Now Luke and I are waiting to get our keys (tomorrow hopefully) and start moving in! I cannot praise this group of incredible people enough. They made the home buying process not scary and continued to provide updates often to explain anything I had questions about. Having everyone under the same roof was a blessing and I would recommend this amazing company to anyone! Thanks Wendy, Gena, Lance, Abby, and the entire team at Goodlife Realty. I cannot wait to move home!
