  This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. While I was living there, my motorcycle was stolen and I was told nothing could be done because there were no cameras. My apartment was infested with roaches no matter how much I sprayed, so was my neighbor's unit. I stayed on the first floor and the person in the unit above me was constantly throwing their dirty, dog pissed filled mop water over the balcony onto my patio. I was told "they would see what they could do" which turned out to be nothing. Not to mention the heroine needles that were constantly dropped out of their windows. My neighbor across the courtyard got their door shot at, and their unit was broken into in the middle of the day. Another man was beat and shot at right outside my door. The first day I moved in I found a notice from March sent from the complex regarding someone who had been murdered in their apartment. People play their music so loud and if I asked them to turn it down, I was told to call the cops (who never did anything). Horrible, horrible place. I would never recommend that place to anyone I care about. 0 stars (I only put 1 because I had to)

  Do NOT waste your money here. The pool has been closed since the day I moved in and management refuses to give a straight answer about when (or if) it will ever open. They advertise a pool as one of the main amenities, but it’s been locked up with chains and a “CLOSED” sign the entire time. When I asked the leasing office, they literally said they “don’t know.” This is false advertising and a huge disappointment why should residents pay full rent for amenities that don’t exist? The lack of transparency and professionalism is shocking. If you’re considering moving here, just know you’ll be paying luxury prices for broken promises.

  I haven't been there long and I'm regretting it so much.I was told a cracked window would be fixed before I moved in July 25th and it's still not done and it's August 13. My housing will not approve payment until it's fixed, so I'm responsible for the full amount.There is no accountability on there part..

  I would like too take the time to tell capital crossing apartments management thank you for everything they’ve done for me they are awsome they take their time help you explain to you everything and make your home as comfortable as possible I want give a special Thanks to Paula she has help me so much she Is amazing I highly recommend if looking for a place this 100% the place to be

  Living here has been difficult. Our vehicles were burned down by neighbors' ex boyfriend. Despite the security, things are still bad. The manager has not been helpful, but since they cycle through management its to be expected. Also, it's not safe for a family. Do not let new paint fool you. Still the same problems here. If you dont have to dont settle for less.
