Built in 2012, my apartment had some signs of love but still great deal for what I paid. Detached garages available - I was able to charge my electric car (Model 3) in detached garage after I lowered the voltage through the app to 10/12V. Huge thumbs up for ATT Fiber and ethernet jacks throughout the apartment. Had my unit for about 6 months but did not have any issue getting my deposit back. (I broke lease due to Job change). 4.5/5 stars just because my unit was a little rough upon move in
