I lived at Bridge at Indigo for almost three years, and my final experience was very disappointing and stressful. I moved out on September 15, leaving the apartment spotless (I have a video as proof of how clean it was when I returned it). Despite that, I was charged almost $692.03 from my deposit for a supposed professional flea and roach fumigation, even though we never had pets and the building —especially Building 6— has had pest problems for months. Since August, roaches started appearing inside the apartment. We reported it to the leasing office, but the “solution” they provided didn’t work at all. Other neighbors in the same building are experiencing the same issue; some have even had three fumigations in less than eight months. In addition, the exterior area was often very dirty (probably because it’s a first-floor unit). We often cleaned the hallway ourselves because the leasing office rarely performed any cleaning. Neighbors can testify to this, as it was a very noticeable issue. On one occasion, we even asked (Handyman) when they planned to clean the area because the floor was extremely dirty, and he responded rudely and with irritation, offering no solution. Meanwhile, the complex charges a monthly pest control fee, so it makes no sense to charge residents again for the same service. It’s been more than 37 days since I moved out, and I never received any written communication about the apartment’s condition or the refund of my deposit. On Monday, October 20, I decided to call to find out what was happening, and only then did they send me a bill showing a $692.03 deduction. I explained that I could prove we never had pets and that the roach issue was not caused by us, but they said they would “investigate.” I sent a follow-up email that same day — which they never replied to — and when I called again today, they just said “they’re in a meeting” and will update me “when they have something,” without giving any specific date. Texas law clearly states that landlords must return the security deposit or provide written notice of deductions within 30 days after move-out, yet they have already violated that timeframe. The communication is poor, the management is unresponsive, and there is no sense of accountability. ⚠️ Be very careful and keep all your records and evidence if you decide to rent here.

Shula Vance was such a huge help throughout my leasing process! She was so friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and leasing process. Shula took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with every step of the way. What stood out the most was her patience and genuine care, she went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. I’m so grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend Shula to anyone looking for a new place!

Chose this complex due to good price and amenities for the area. Very nice community - neighbors were kind and office staff are helpful. Built in 2012, my apartment had some signs of love but still great deal for what I paid. Detached garages available - I was able to charge my electric car (Model 3) in detached garage after I lowered the voltage through the app to 10/12V. Huge thumbs up for ATT Fiber and ethernet jacks throughout the apartment. Had my unit for about 6 months but did not have any issue getting my deposit back. (I broke lease due to Job change). 4.5/5 stars just because my unit was a little rough upon move in
