The personal touch was incredible. Tom was hands-on through the whole process. He didn't hand me to the next department. He gave me an overview of the process, answering every question, contacting me if any help was needed, worked with us to get the DTI where it was needed and getting the whole thing through to the finish line. I know Tom does these things all day everyday with hundreds of clients, but he made us feel like we were the number one priority and the only one he was working with.
