They do not maintain our community pool as they’re supposed too, they literally neglect everything but are quick to try and fine you for silly little things. This company is only out for themselves and direct the board to believe the fees that Associa has piled onto my account will go to the HOA and that Ive been trying to resolve for at least 4 months! We all know these fees benefit Associa only. No return calls and still no resolution. I continue to pay my dues on time and still getting fees and fines for a late fee I haven't had resolved. Being that I've been on the Board before it sickens me that they make a simple late fee balloon into hundreds of dollars with threats of liens on a brand new home. Anyone reading this think twice about using them as your management company.

You guys have a phone and you don't seem to answer it. how about starting with that!!?? I can't believe anyone looking at these reviews would sign up with your company....and after my brief experience I'm wondering why we went with you. I am the past president of our HOA and will bring this up to our board. You guys have a lot of room for improvement.
