Erika, mgr for Lakeside, said everything was reversed....after two and a half months, they reversed the service charges but kept the fence charge. I had my fence built myself—I did not use their services. She agreed that she couldn’t find anything, but two days ago, I get bill for over $500. It is just stunning how this organization is run. I fixed my fence on 3 sides—my neighbor simply won’t fix her fence and to date, Associa has done nothing. Her fence door is leaning against the dilapidated falling down fence. Don’t move into any HOA if you are looking for competent, responsive HOA because you will not find it here. If they can’t fix it, they simply don’t return the calls. Simple as that.
