I'd talked to a few other realtors at different points, but decided to go with Ashley based on a recommendation from a friend and her professionalism. One thing that really stood out to me about Ashley was that she actually listened to my thoughts and preferences. She didn't try to push me in one direction that she thought was best. She simply told me her opinions and then asked me what I wanted to do. This was such a nice change from other realtors who talked over me or didn't even ask me my thoughts. In the end, Ashley listed my home for sale at a reasonable price and I accepted an offer the same weekend it went live. Working with Ashley was easy and I moved my home quickly, which was what I needed due to circumstance. Would highly recommend.

I've had terrible experiences with realtors before so it was so refreshing to work with someone who truly wants to help you find a home you can love. She's not trying to get you to buy the most expensive house, and she actually listens to what you want. There were times we wanted to look at a home based on the pictures and she would come back and say, "Oh no, this place needs major foundation repairs, we aren't doing that!" As a pregnant first time mom, she made our home buying experience as stress free as possible and helped walk us through every step of the way! We always suggest Ashley to anybody we know who is planning to buy a home, and we will absolutely be contacting her when we're ready to sell our current home and buy another.
