  I have been wanting to refinance my home and get an equity loan of another property for the last two years. I have spoken at least to 10 different companies and people who were going to “help”. None of that ever happened until I spoke with Tom. Skeptical about this being the exact same thing as before, I gave it a try. Tom not only helped me with this endeavors but also went beyond in finding the right information of how to proceed, what was more convenient, giving me all the possible scenarios, etc. Tom is very accessible, friendly and professional. He knows what he is talking about, and I absolutely recommend him if you are looking for REAL help and REAL solutions when it comes to refinancing, mortgage loans, and the like.
