This has to be the absolute WORST HOA in Texas! There is an ACTIVE leak in my unit, and the neighbors upstairs will not open the door or respond to the many letters left notifying them of the leak originating from their unit. This HOA (LUKE OCASIO) has provided no assistance in helping to contact the owner.
In the meantime, my unit has a collapsing ceiling and possible mold growth. Who knows what is going on in the unit above? Yet, the HOA refuses to provide any help and is seemingly okay with letting the damage continue!
If you want to get letters and late fees with no explanation despite having your account on autopay…. This is the place! They provide absolutely nothing and will nickel and dime you for fees you already pay. Worthless property management company, better management could be performed by a circus animal.

They don’t deserve any stars. They do not maintain our community pool as they’re supposed too, they literally neglect everything but are quick to try and fine you for silly little things. HOA is a joke anyway, but this company is absolutely garbage. If you are buying a home and see this company as the HOA management, RUUUUN
I would chew my own arm off before having a property under their management again. Hard to get in contact with. Slow response time. And so many unspecified fees when I sold the house it was dizzying. $400 to provide the HOA covenant docs to the buyers and not even hand-copied onto gold leaf.
Associa Hill Country Manor, TX has consistently harassed me about my property and specifically the parking within the neighborhood. I have been a resident and taxpayer for the last 7 years. Everyone in the neighborhood is forced to park on the street or within their driveway which is the "right thing" to do, however we have no control over covering parts of the side walk, when parking in the driveway. I was recently cited for three infractions, all in the same day and time. I feel as if I have been targeted and harassed by the Associations representatives in this area.
I am not sure if the intent is to force me out of my property due to my ethnic background or because I am a person of color. Does anyone have any advise or resolution of who I can contact to report this organization? I am an actively serving military member and have been serving this country for 21 years now, it is ludicrous to feel as if you are being forced from your home. I feel that this is a constant reminder of inequality in this country.
