  Dario has gone above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. 5/5 Stars! When we were on a tour for this place he gave us a very detailed layout and floor plans that helped us find the right apartment for the right price. He still continues to provide a high quality performance in support of us.

  My husband and I have lived here for 2.5 years, and we love our apartment. The leasing office and outdoor spaces are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the pool is unmatched (especially the grilling area). There is an also strong sense of community here, and both ourselves and our puppy have made some great friends.

  Put in an emergency maintenance request and they send someone right away within 30 minutes! Seth brought over a fan to cool down my place and got me scheduled for an early morning AC fix next day!

  My sister is a resident here and has been without AC for almost 2 weeks. When she went in on Saturday to try to get some kind of solution, the girl in the office could not offer any help and said that management is off on the weekends and she refused to call them due to their "work/life balance". It is unreasonable in this Texas heat to expect anyone to pay nearly $2000 a month and not even have livable conditions for this long. I am starting to believe this is at the least negligent and maybe even discriminatory the way they have such little care and concern for my sister and her pets. It's absolutely ridiculous.
