  I worked with Javier Montemayor for two transactions, one as a buyer and another as a seller. He is great at what he does and a great person to work with. He will work with you and other agents to make your residential real estate experience great. As a buyer, he will provide you with as many possible options which align with what you are looking for in a home. He does a great job in making the viewing and offer process very straightforward. He did a great job in organizing and preparing viewings based on the various requirements I had for a house. As a seller, Javier did a great job in creating a fantastic listing to showcase the home for maximum appeal. The listing photos (plus virtual staging) and advertising details did a great job in marketing the house. He set up several open houses and persistently followed up with prospective buyers and agents. I have never had an experience that is more personable than working with Javier. He will go above and beyond for you throughout the entire process. If you are buying or selling a house in the northern-DFW area, look no further than Javier and the Petersen Property group.
