  Brooke was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the entire process feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely exciting. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. As for Stephanie, she was professional, responsive, and kept us informed the whole time, which made everything so much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, and that made a huge difference for us.

  I had a fantastic experience working with Brooke and Stephanie! She was incredibly helpful, funny, and professional, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was top-notch, and she went above and beyond to answer all my questions. If you’re looking for a seamless move-in experience, I highly recommend reaching out to her. Five stars all the way!

  Although I did not end up leasing here, I did tour the apartment complex. Lenox Cooper has some of the best apartments that I applied to in my search. The area is perfect for anybody looking at moving to Arlington as you are literally in the middle of the city. The amenities are amazing. I would like to commend Stephanie who works in the front office, she was so pleasant and helpful in every way and got me an amazing deal. Sadly, I only ended up not moving here because of the distance to my work. If you do lease here, I’m sure you will not be disappointed!

  Stephanie made my experience at Lenox Cooper amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail without ever making me feel rushed. Apartment searching can be stressful, but she made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. She was very professional, transparent about fees and policies, and always had a positive attitude. I really appreciated how responsive and reassuring she was throughout everything.

  I wanted to leave a review before my lease is up (sadly) but most of all give the recognition to the staff here- Paige Durden. She has always been so helpful with any of my needs and concerns. She is quick to respond and gets the issues you bring up to her attention quickly resolved! She’s informative and sweet. I love how she made me feel like a family and not just a tenant! I’ve lived here for 2 years now and can say I really enjoyed living here especially with it being my very first apartment!!! I’ve had the best experience 🫶🏻💖
