I am concerned about the security gates being inoperable frequently. Addressing the large cracks in the floors along hallways. We need at the minimum of yearly town hall meetings. Promptness of maintenance staff response to issues is also a major plus and appreciated. Communication with the office has improved significantly.

I felt like I knew her before we even did the move in and when I met her in person it was the same. She was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond. Will recommend to those that I know. It is well taken care of and with workers like Stephanie they will have a pleasant experience.
