  Hello, my name is Dr. Christopher hunt, PhD. I'm reaching out to you behalf of my mother That's elderly and have a disability this is very alarming to me that my mother that who's elderly had to sleep in her car so her car does not get towed away. We had rented her her car so she can get back and forth to her doctor's appointments. Not only you can only register your car three times in a week after that week is up. You can no longer register that car not only the tow company and the apartment management verbally stated it doesn't matter. They still were toward anyway you should be able to register your car longer than three times a week and the management bullied my mother and made it seem like if she escalate her issue there will be consequences that's borderline bullying my mother faithfully pays her rent without any issues without being late or anything but yet she had to sleep in her car because she's scared to get in the car towed away. I'm reaching out to you as a concerned child that I think this is unfairly and unjustly that y'all would treat. The elderly and such heinous act is mind-boggling. I'm deeply hurt and disgusted and for your Management to make you feel like it's okay to treat someone doesn't matter their disability or anything such as a less worthless person to make them sleep in a car because they only able to register card three times a week... This heinous act is taking place in Arlington, Texas at Rosemont apartments in Arlington I'm reaching out to see if y'all can look into this matter because I do not and I repeat. I do not want to get legal representation involved. I won't have a discussion corporate the management to see if there anything could be done because this heinous absurd action is very disturbing

  My experience here was convenient and pleasant, easy access to hwy 20 & 360. Elementary schools nearby. The office staff is far beyond with attentiveness and maintenance does great at resolving minor issues.

  I was recently told I was approved and I paid but they are terrible at communicating. Email you on a Friday evening then cancel your application and they’re out on the weekends. Then when they do get back with you VIA EMAIL only bc they don’t pick up or return calls now every person in the office is on vacation until June or December of this year! Now go figure🙄 but I finally have the time to make a trip to their office so I can see who’s there

  They are inconsiderate l applied 2 months they still have not got me approved keep having you come back they just don't care if you have no where to stay false hope unbelievable l suppose maybe they have did other ppl like this wish l would have known l should have read the reviews first they haven't got any feelings if you become homeless. I thought these apartments were the best then again this world we live in has no consideration for others. Rosemont don't go posting how sorry you are and if you can fix it email you or call your response is the same to all like a script all setup if you have a heart refund my deposit just have your income together cross your t's dot your i's

  No apliquen aqui en esta propiedad. Las muchachitas que estan enfrente atendiendo no te saben dar una solucion yo appliqué hace como 3 meses y es hora que no me Han devuelto el deposito y cada vez que voy me tratan como si les fuera a pedir algo que no sea mio. Y no hablan entre Ella’s porque una dice una cosa y la otra, otra muy diferente y hay una tercera ella no soluciona nada y es creo la manager. Tienes a dos muchachitas trabajando enfrente solo porque hablan ingles y media hablan el español pero no te saben decir o informar que cuando pagas sube la cantinas por las taxes o administracion y no te saben sacar las cuentas completas con taxas o administracion. Es horrible como trabajan ahi y lo que provocan en los clientes por sus respuestas incorrectas. Y asi es en todos lados vas an aplicar y te tratan “ con sonrisas fingidas” regresas y la atitud cambia. No se metal aqui a aplicar o a vivir es una horrible pesadilla. Y deje una estrella porque no me permite dejar menos 10.
