  I am advising yall to never rent with this company.They are a ripoff,they going to find all kinds of reasons to keep you deposit,how you going to charge someone for a stain on the concrete and say you didn’t clean the toilets,remind you when we moved in it smelled just like dog piss!!We never was late on rent even when they added a $100 plus each year,house was always clean so they had to try and find all types of ways to keep our money,but how those few things going to be $1100 because that’s what they said!!!

  I paid EVERY MONTH ON TIME. These people have their picks but will swindle you in a heartbeat. My dishwasher exploded and they tried to charge me $350. The maintenance guy had already said it was old as dirt but when they took it apart there was a teaspoon of grease (which could have come from a greasy meal)in it so they tried to charge me. I refused. When I moved out they charged me for stuff that wasnt EVEN in the house. Florescent lights were only in the kitchen but they charged me for it in 2 other rooms neither of which was the kitchen. I also had told the agent that because BULK pickup had already come that I wasn't sure what to do with the loveseat that was there, she said fine, she would take care of it but charged me over $300 anyway. I would have just came back to get it. I was charged $75 for 3 toilet set that was painted over when I moved in so that was regular wear and tear. I would have gotten them from WALMART for .$9.99 each. I reached out to speak to the property manager but she sent me to another lady that had no idea what we talked about. After calculations, they would have owed me $50 back but they say I owe them $775. They never sent me a walk through form(and I gave them a forwarding address), I thought I was good. I didn't get one until a year later after sending an email to the company but it was already on my credit report. I pay my bills if I owe them but I don't recommend this company unless you like to be nickeled and dimed.

  Applied for a place and getting information from Sheryl was like pulling teeth. Was finally told we were not approved based on credit and "other" but our credit was definitely not pulled (soft or hard pull), landlord was not called to verify rental history nor was employment verified. Makes me believe once she saw that we were African American people we were instantly denied. Funny thing is that the home is still on the market price reduced. Reached out for proof of the reason for denial and Sheryl stopped responding. Still awaiting $100 hold fee to be refunded

  I never have any problems with rental management. All reports were accurate and professional. All issues were resolved on timely manner.
