Then I was told it required manager approval. Finally, after multiple excuses, I was informed that the coupon had to match a VIN number printed in the tiniest fine print—something never mentioned upfront. The constant moving of the goalpost felt intentional and misleading. Even worse than the coupon issue was the rude and dismissive personal service throughout the interaction. There was no effort to resolve the issue or take accountability—only excuses. This was, without question, the worst service experience I’ve had at a dealership. I expect far better transparency and professionalism from a brand that claims to offer “luxury” Service!
