Park Place showed complete on a maintenance request that wasn't completed. My refrigerator/freezer has been out for two weeks and they still haven't resolved the issue.

Caylin gave a great tour didn't excellent job, presented everything perfectly. And on top of that, DJ was really good about helping me find how to Scan for the review for this. It's a very beautiful place that people are awesome and they're renovating it correctly and I'm looking forward to living here.

Experience here started out fine. Rooftop is nice but hours have been shortened. Advertised as "prioritizing safety" but all of the doors leading to outside are broken and delivery drivers can access my apartment door???? Maintence has shown up once to tell me they'll talk to management about my issue and radio silence after that. I've probably reported 5 different maintence issues as well. Indoor trash chute is fine until it's not. If you're going to visibly ignore a clear health hazard At least move it to the garage. Genuinely insane for the price point. Take your money elsewhere. And don't bother contacting the office for your issues. They won't respond :)

My step daughter just moved here almost a month ago she loves the staff But them and The building is not a problem She stays in apartment 1430 She really feels unsafe to why she wants to go stay at a hotel every night because she doesn’t know what her roommates are capable of there are times that she can’t go out and sit in the living room and watch TV without my complaining is too loud. She called me with one of the housemates Said The TV was too loud. She needs to turn it down if I can barely hear it being on speakerphone then I know she could hear it. She keeps picking out her and then some food came up missing And she only went to my stepdaughter and didn’t ask anyone else in the house and would ask her why I was even on the phone when I heard her say. It is because I was black, giving comments like that. I understand why she doesn’t feel safe but constant begging on the door banging on the wall. From my understanding this all started when she confronted them over not cleaning up after themselves and it’s like something every other day. I’m scared for her I would mine her back with me but I’m way in California and she is there pursuing her masters at school she really wanted to go to. The police will be called I wish we can move her into another complex but her lease doesn’t end to July next year I need help and I don’t know what else to when my daughter is scared for her safety. Oh yeah my daughter has food in the freezer but is scared to eat because she doesn’t know if they have tampered with it or not

so when I first moved in here I was very happy but I'm literally scared for my life right now because since I moved in here I started noticing my roommates was not cleaning up after themselves so I addressed it and let them can we please start cleaning up after ourselves. so the girl that lives on the same side of the apartment has it for me everyday she is pounding in my door at 3 am or on the wall. it is just really coming at me really passive aggressive. it is getting to the point where I can even go into the living room to watch the tv for example the tv was set on 10 and she came out of room telling me to turn the tv down and at that point I couldn't even hear the tv myself and than she came out the second time talking about can I turn the tv down and than when I cut it all the way down to 0 she said that was better. and one of the other roommates where I couldn't even here the tv so I think she is just picking at you and I email the leasing office over it and yet to see a response because I asked for help I'm at the point I'm scared to sleep here at park place because she bangs on my door every night I may have to contact the police because I tried asking for help and my email got ignored. and also so she came pounding on my door asking me I through away her food and I asked her why is she only questioning me and she said it was because I was the only black person living her and its constant remarks like that so I'm honestly scared for my life. and to clarify its every night she bangs on my door or on my wall hopefully than can move me or move her because I don't feel safe if not I will be going to the police.
