    Mateo Apartamento Home es unos de los peores lugares donde vivir en Arlington Tx no se lo recomiendo a nadie por la falta de comunicación y muchas cosas más q posteriormente les contaré . Yo estuve un año en los apartamentos donde sufrí maltratos por parte de la administración con malos gestos cada ves q me veían , donde yo mi pústula siempre fue muy amable con ellos , donde mi contrato decía un monto de dinero y luego q llegaba la renta subía mucho el dinero q me cobraban y me decían q eran los servicios subían mucho ,donde el edificio entero gastaba agua yo trabajaba la noche entera y tenía q pagar el agua casi del edificio entero por el vil q me llevaba al principio del mes,. Me tuvieron una semana sin aire acondicionado donde las temperaturas eran altas en pleno verano y lo reporte muchas veces y nunca llegó las personas de mantenimiento arreglarlo asta q llame a la ciudad después de tantos intentos me lo arreglaron desde de una semana durmiendo con la puerta abierta capas q me pasara algo pero no les importó nada pero al principio del mes la factura vino más alta donde me cobraron el servicio de arreglarme mi aire acondicionado. Después me llegó la ora de irme fin de mi contrato vencía el 11/6/2025 y no me pude ir por q no les había hecho una carta por adelantado para irme 60 días antes , cuando yo fui y hablé personalmente con la señora Lorena y hablé en septiembre y le dije q no iba a renovar contrato,tuve q estar 60 días asta el 3 de diciembre para poderme ir porq sino tenia una multa de 3000 dólares si me iba estuve ese tiempo ahí en los apartamentos después q se me vence mi contrato cobrándome por un efiche mas de 1000 dólares y después tuve q pagar por los tres días de diciembre también. No se lo recomiendo a nadie por fabor piense primero antes de entrar a un lugar así . Y ahora después de tres meses q me fui de ahí me llega un bill 1055 dólares más cuando yo me fui y lo pague todoooo , ya no es la primera ves q oigo del abuso con las personas en este condominio a la ora de cobrarte y de la comunicación con las personas .

    1 Star – Mateo Apartment Homes My experience at Mateo Apartment Homes has been extremely negative. The complex has recurring cockroach problems and mold inside the apartment—issues that directly affect health and quality of life. Despite reporting these problems, no real or lasting solutions were ever provided. The biggest issue was poor management. My lease expired on December 15, and I was subsequently charged a $1,600 fine, claiming that I should have given 60 days’ notice before leaving the apartment. Throughout the year, I fulfilled all my obligations, yet I never received any notice, reminder, or prior communication about this requirement. When I spoke with the manager, Lorena, she indicated that the administration was under no obligation to notify me that my lease was about to expire. This stance is unfair, unethical, and abusive, as it uses a lack of information to justify excessive charges to residents. Communication is poor, maintenance is inefficient, and management seems more focused on issuing unexpected fines than addressing the real problems of the complex. I do not recommend Mateo Apartment Homes under any circumstances. Living here is a bad decision…………………………………………………………. Mi experiencia en Mateo Apartment Homes ha sido extremadamente negativa. El complejo presenta problemas recurrentes de cucarachas y presencia de moho dentro del apartamento, situaciones que afectan directamente la salud y la calidad de vida. A pesar de haberlos reportado, nunca se ofrecieron soluciones reales ni definitivas. El mayor problema fue la mala gestión administrativa. Mi contrato venció el 15 de diciembre y, posteriormente, se me impuso una multa de $1,600, alegando que debía haber avisado con 60 días de antelación que dejaría el apartamento. Durante todo el año cumplí con mis obligaciones, pero nunca recibí ningún aviso, recordatorio ni notificación previa sobre este requisito. Al consultar con la manager, Lorena, se me indicó que por parte de la administración no existía obligación de avisarme que mi contrato estaba por vencer. Esta postura resulta injusta, poco ética y abusiva, ya que se utiliza la falta de información para justificar cargos excesivos al residente. La comunicación es deficiente, el mantenimiento es ineficiente y la administración parece más enfocada en aplicar multas inesperadas que en resolver los problemas reales del complejo. No recomiendo Mateo Apartment Homes bajo ninguna circunstancia. Vivir aquí es una mala decisión.

    ‼️DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE‼️ Maintenance is TOTAL GARBAGE. We’ve only lived here for almost a YEAR. Had issues from the start, starting with the dishwasher which they came to fix 3 TIMES And still didn’t fix it. Yet they claimed we didn’t know how to use it and were rude about it. Mind you we’ve had the same kind of dishwasher before living here. Then the cracks and holes everywhere due to lack of sealant causing a roach infestation then NOTHING from the office. Then our bedroom window not being sealed properly either and causing a flood into our room which I gave photo and video evidence to the office management and still NOTHING done about it. Now we have plumbing issues with our sinks and toilet. Emergency services came and couldn’t fix it. Said they’d call a company for them to come and NOBODY SHOWED UP. What is the purpose of emergency services if they aren’t gonna attend the emergency? All this apartment complex is good for is demanding rent money but don’t even have a maintenance crew capable of fixing simple things. Glad I chose not to renew my lease.

    Property Manager: The biggest issue with this property is the on-site property manager. From the start, management was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I repeatedly raised serious concerns and was ignored every time. I lived in this apartment for 14 months, during which I experienced a severe cockroach infestation. I went to the leasing office at least five times and spoke directly to the property manager requesting pest control. Nothing was ever properly done, and the infestation continued. After moving out, I was charged $534 for cleaning, bathroom scrubbing, and painting. After living in a unit for 14 months, normal wear and tear is expected, and these charges feel completely unreasonable—especially considering the unresolved pest issues caused by management neglect. To make matters worse, I was threatened with collections and credit damage if I didn’t pay immediately. This experience was stressful, unfair, and handled poorly. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property to think twice about the management.
