If you want something to complain about all the time this is it! Currently living here and it’s buns! The staff is friendly and great but the property and management is awful. I filed for apartment repairs on move in using a form FOR REPAIRS they gave us and nobody even got it, so I had to get another maintenance order and I ended up spending a little over a month without a working living room fan and AC. I’ve had roaches in my apartment a few times and I had to personally take care of it first. If the gym equipment and pool were highlights for you, most of the gym equipment is run down or broken, and the pool was hardly ever open during the hours it’s supposed to be. There was always a chain and lock on the gates for hours. And if you have people over you better pray they don’t tow your friend’s cars. My friend’s car got towed out of a designated visitor parking spot literally 13 minutes after they got here. They’ve been over several times before so they know to register their vehicle and for some reason they still got towed. When I went to the leasing office the next morning to see if I could talk to somebody in management about the situation I was first told his visitor registration wasn’t sent in. So not only does the registration system bug out, but I was even told by one of the employees that their parents car was also almost towed WHILE they were in the car registering like??? The last straw for me is the fact that I asked to talk to a manager when I first went down, sent a complaint in from the resident portal, and emailed them to talk to a manager about it and I’ve been ignored. My friends car getting towed wasn’t just inconvenience for him but also me for multiple reasons and it pisses me off that nobody in management care about anything.

Tried to have a good attitude about being accommodated so many times, but it’s too much now. Submitted a maintenance request for multiple things to have them fix none of them. Tired of the roaches as well, pest control is definitely needed.

It’s a great place to be at. The room I got was dirty when I moved in. Everything else is good

The community itself was fine while living there no major complaints. However, the move-out process was a completely different story. Management communication was poor, and I was hit with questionable charges that felt more like a money grab than anything legitimate. It seems like they take advantage of the move out process to charge for things that weren’t clearly explained or weren’t true at all. They make up false charges force you to pay .Be very cautious document everything and don’t expect fairness when you leave.
