I have a roomate i do not feel safe with and have gone to the office several times to find a solution. They have straight up lied to me about a transfer and then have continued to ignore me ever since including Will Mesalien who is one of the managers I have also had a problem with maintenance coming in to my room while I’m asleep and waking up to them in there made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

For starters they started charging tenants with $100 fee for being locked out after hours and their doors will lock the moment you close that door so I guess be sure to NEVER forget your keys even for taking out the trash. When we first moved in, our rooms were so disgusted, I found an old bed sheet under the bed, the drawers were filled with trash. And according to maintenance our bathroom rods and all the metal pieces should’ve been changed out a long time ago since it rusted over. The cabinets had stains that I can’t even remove. The funny part is the TV doesn’t even work and there was a huge scratch that affected the screen. Don’t get me started on ROACHES, please keep your silverware in containers so they don’t crawl over it. We moved out because they let a 40+ year old man roommate with us and he made sure it was impossible to live with him, for us to move out ourselves. Please be careful if you room with him, it’s unit 1019. His name is Jonathan stokes and he wants no noise at all and especially no family or friends are allowed over as long he is there. I ran an extensive background check on him and it was very bad.

That's important. I had some minor issues in my unit and He fixed them all. I really am impressed by the front desk group. They not only take pride in their work, but they insure our comfort of living here is their top priority. I'm very impressed with the maturity of everyone I've met with thus far.
