The move-in process was smooth and well organized. They made you a basket fill up with wine and some snacks. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all my questions. The apartment was clean and ready upon my move-in, and maintenance handled requests quickly within “a day”. The community is quiet and in a convenient location. My parking spot still in construction period, but that okay I can wait 😊. Overall, a great move-in experience and I’m happy with my decision so far.
Had a great experience touring this community as an apartment locator. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and has great amenities with a modern design throughout. The layout and common areas were impressive and would be a great fit for renters looking for a newer, elevated feel.
Phelan was very knowledgeable and helpful during the tour process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the experience smooth and informative. This is definitely a property I’ll be confident recommending to clients.
Enjoying living in a brand new apartment, but a downside I wish I knew before, is that there is a constant intake fan that turns on every 30 mins. The fan brings in outside air into the apartment no matter what the temperature is set at. It’s basically an air condition turning on and using electricity, and you can’t change the setting on the thermostat. It’s either Fan On or Fan Auto. You can have the vents closed but then you’ll hear a really loud whirling noise when it’s on. Or you can have the vents open and be freezing all day.
Today 1/24/26 is the first winter storm this year and it feels like 10° outside, and it feels like that in the unit when the fan turns on. We’ve called the office and complained but apparently it’s required by the city. Again, something to consider if you don’t want to have to wear a beanie, gloves and jacket every 30 mins.

I actually signed up in August before they were built. The stag was AMAZING! They didn't have you pay unnecessary fees. They made you feel welcomed and excited to service you. When I moved in on 12/15 it was like I was purchasing a home. I walked in in my apartment and a huge gift basket was filled with wine?Ennova pens, tissue snacks and a card. They also took my picture with me holding a huge key. This place is amazing, They have awesome monthly perks as well. The only thing I'd that I didn't get a tour of the amenities ,but that is minor, I will definitely recommend anyone to come live here. Sonia

I've been coming here since December 15th, it's a spectacular place, everything is very nice, everything is very comfortable, but there are some issues, which I can list for you:
1- I'm paying for a parking space that I don't have because mine is still under construction.
2- The property manager, or whoever claims to be the manager, is someone whose manners were apparently left at the hospital when she was born. She walks past people and can't even say "Hello."
3- I'm the only tenant in the apartment since it was built, and I can't receive a package addressed to someone else. "What's that all about?" I don't understand it at all, but they never informed me, they never put it in the contract, and so on.
4- I find it a bit strange that packages, whatever they are and of whatever nature, have to be stored inside the property office, and that you have to wait for the office to open, or people have to rush to get there before it closes to pick up their packages. There are so many issues. Furthermore, I feel that Ms. Vanessa treats people a little strangely, to put it mildly. Please look into this. On the other hand, the other girls, who I haven't mentioned, are spectacular.
