    Haven't had hot water in 4-5 days due to gas leaks - multiple gas leaks. Office knew about the issues and shut off hot water before alerting residents, and didn't send out correspondence until hours later, after multiple people complained. Every time anyone calls and asks for updates about the hot water, we're told that there is no known timeline of when the hot water will be back on, just that there will be "updates soon" - but it's been days. It's 45° outside and residents need to be able to shower for work and school - and the front office's solution was to send us all a wikihow link on how to boil water. Total lack of accountability and a failure as a property management team. How did this many gas leaks exist without the office being aware? Did the front office neglect to schedule routine inspections? This place is uninhabitable and, evidently, dangerous.

    Called here to inquire about the apartment. Spoke to Dee and everything was very smooth. Spoke to another lady today and she won’t even let me speak and be very clear. She keep saying credit instead of background check. Income by the main applicant for a one bed room, add the other as occupant. They aren’t roommates only one is living there, of course you have to run a background check but not an income verification or credit check. She keep talking over you but don’t really understand what she is even saying so if you apply it just might be another headache. SMFH
