- SWsha wilNov 17, 20251.0I will forever have a sour taste for Bardin Oaks. I was displaced due to a fire in their sister apartment. Moved here. Office manager at that time was the worst. To top it off, they found a way to keep my deposit. Why? Glad you asked. A spot that wason the counter(wipe with rag) and foyer when you walk in was dried mud and mat at door. That is it. I have pictures . Till this day, it still does not sit well with me.

We found Bardin Oaks to be responsive to our inquiries, with follow ups as well. The others communicated very little if at all. This prompted me to visit on my brother’s behalf. The office staff was courteous and accommodating during the tour. This ultimately led to Bardin Oaks becoming his choice.
