She was so professional, and she went out her way to answer all our questions. She also sat and gave me a price breakdown of all the possible fees, since my credit is not the best. She was a blessing. As long as Mrs. Melanie is in that office, I feel like so many issues are being solved with a big heart. She is awesome. Thank you Melanie
