  Do not recommend this place. They give you the run around, request all sorts of information, you send it, they ask for it again. They are so unorganized its crazy. The process to get into this place is miserable. They take your application money, request more to add someone on to get approved and then still deny you. At the end of the day, they were not going to approve me regardless of what proof was sent. I sent so many texts, emails and left voicemails, they are awful at responding but they expect you to respond immediately. I received a call from Kaili saying "my manager told me to give you 24 hours to get us the information we need, its been 48".. it wasn't even 24 hours which was so frustrating. I honestly believe Kaili just didn't want to do her job and was informing her manager that we weren't doing anything on our end. Every request and response was made by us but she dragged it out over weeks and then put the blame on us acting like we didn't give her the information she requested. She acted annoyed every time we spoke with her and super unprofessional. At the end of the day after just now reading the reviews for this place I am so thankful they denied me. Of course they will gladly take your money, this place is a scam.

  Kaili was so nice to me when I inquired about these apartments. She explained everything to me that I had questions about. The only not so good thing I have to say is about parking. There is not a lot of free parking spaces here. You likely will need to pay for a reserved car port spot to have parking. After 8pm I have to park on the main street and walk to my place Other than that maintenance was fast to respond to my work orders for things that needed to be looked into. This looks like a nice area to call home. Thank you Kaili for making me feel welcome.

  Kaili was phenomenal. She made the tour a breath of fresh air! 😁 Thanks Kaili for simplifying the process, and for being patient and pleasurable from start to finish. 🔥 The property is beautifuly manicured, reasonably priced, quiet, safe, secure, and efficient. 🌟
