  We scheduled a tour for 10am today and no one showed up. We waited until 10:20 and the leasing office was still locked. I tried calling and it just went to voicemail. Tours should not be booked for times that no one is working. If there is an emergency and staff can't make it into work, contact the people who have booked a tour to let them know you need to reschedule. It is not that complicated. Also we saw what appeared to be a dead animal (possum or racoon from what we can tell) floating in the pool that clearly hasn't been cleaned in a while.

  Addison Park apartments has been bought out several times and due to this I was sent to collections for an administrative fee that I paid. I have not been able to get issue resolved! I have been on hold now for 30 minutes. I have never even lived here!!! Terrible service

  The owner replies on here is a joke. “We’re sorry about your experience call us/come to the office to resolve it” bunch of BS. Absolutely sickening to pay the 1300 every month for these conditions. They do not care about anyone here, but this place has some variety. •Drug dealers every other apartment •7 to 9+ people in one apartment, most apartments are revolving doors • blatantly obvious subleasing (they don’t even try to hide it) •Drunks •loose dogs •Jerry Springer fights at all hours •mold •water leaks •water heater busts •dishwasher never works •so much marijuana it could be a distribution center •unsupervised kids/teens terrorizing the whole place and even each other ROACHES like you wouldn’t believe (half the roach population in the world probably lives here)no matter how clean you are roaches still end up in your bed or food at some point. I’ve tried everything from roach bomb spray to home remedies and it’s like they’re freaking immune. Oh yeah, pest control is practically nonexistent. Shootings on the regular and when you call 911 and tell them the name of this place they always say “oh our guys are very familiar with that complex” which should be quite embarrassing. Don’t get anyone here started about the noise complaints, dog barking all night and day, kids screaming, yelling and fighting of all kinds, my upstairs neighbors sounds like they have a heard of cattle. The jumping and banging has knocked my light fixtures out of the ceiling and shaken what few pictures I have off my walls and of course any time I try to ask them they never answer the door and there’s no use in putting a noise complaint with management. There’s a lot of “regional manager is out I’ll tell them when they get back” or “they're not here today I’ll let them know” and it never happens. It’s easier to just find a way to fix the problem yourself to the best of your ability by the time they get around to coming and shrugging their shoulders at it. The maintenance people do nothing but look at the problem, take a picture to tell the managers, never come back then repeat. This past weekend with the ice storm, I’ve had broken windows on the outside of my bedroom windows and they didn’t do anything about it, I addressed this issue back in December twice and twice again this month (Jan 2026). They never fix anything. So much stuff happened over the weekend ice storm and no one ever called back or got helped in a timely manor. Someone’s water heater broke on the 3rd floor and flooded the bottom two units and they had to call the fire department to stop it. The FD couldn’t even get ahold of management at some points. It’s sad that so many people, my family and I included, have no choice but to live in these conditions that the owners wouldn’t be caught dead in. That other review was right, the best day you’ll ever have here is the day you get to move out. This place is one big sad joke that no one wants to live in but have to deal with because of the way the world is rn It’d probably be easier to list what isn’t wrong with this place and even then the list would be short. Like anything in the world, if you were to treat it properly, it could have strong potential but none of the owners or staff care enough to truly try. I’m thankful to at least have some form of shelter but with the money people pay to live here the conditions should not be this bad. You will find a few good people in the same no other option boat as you but they have the same things to say about it. Eager to see what kind of reply I’ll get if any. Point is: if you have ANY other possible options, utilize those first best you can. This place will only add more problems to your life. Me and many other residents can’t wait until we are able to leave.

  I would not recommend these apartments. They are roach infested and nothing is being done properly about it. I've spent so much money treating my unit myself and buying so much cleaning supplies to keep the unit spotless and nothing works. I pay to much money to live with roaches. My maintenance request doesn't get done until it's been a month or more. And since I been here the pool has never been available.. some of the people in the office is unprofessional and rude. I don't never see an actual supervisor/manager around to discuss these concerns.. I'm upset my money has to go towards these apartments.
