- NWNancy W.4 days ago1.0NOPE! Horrible place to live. They continue to rent out the many vacant units to the worst people. Many Drug users and dealers. Residents smoking weed inside units, on balconies, breezeways and in common areas. Public intoxication is a regular sight day and night. Unsupervised kids causing damage and running around in packs. Irresponsible pet owners who do not leash dogs and let dogs defecate near units. Unauthorized pet breeds such as pit bulls and Rottweilers. No designated “Pet Area” away from buildings and residents. Management changes every 2-3 months. No parking enforcement, “reserved” spots are a free for all. Shootings happen every 2-3 months. Police are constantly here for crimes. Water leak issues causing mold in units. Electrical issues with lights flickering. No onsite security to enforce Lease rules. Maintenance request are not resolved in a timely manner unless Arlington code enforcement is called. Some Residents are subletting units to God knows who, probably criminals with warrants. Some units have 7-9 people living in them. Trash is overflowing the complex, only one dumpster for the entire complex. Residents yelling in the parking lot during the middle of the night. These apartments get worse every year. Unless the current owners Brazos Residential make REAL changes and actually hire employees to enforce the rules in the Lease, this complex will be run into the ground with no one wanting to live here. Current management does not “manage” anything but collecting rent and moving in bad residents just to fill in vacant units no matter who they are. Right now the Best part about living here is the day you get to move out.

- MMMichaelJan 5, 20261.0This apartment complex does absolutely nothing about residents letting their dogs run around off leash or bark nonstop all day and night. Dogs start barking early in the morning and don’t stop until nighttime, and management refuses to do anything about it no matter how many times it’s reported. It’s very frustrating and unfair to people who pay rent and expect some peace and basic rule enforcement. The noise is unbearable, and the off-leash dogs are unsafe. I would not recommend living here if you value quiet or responsive management.

So my daughter started the process and that got me excited and I saw the advertisement on Google I saw pictures and scheduled to do a tour. Jessica was a God sent and made us feel so comfortable and so welcoming. Moving from Arkansas especially during the Holiday season we wanted a smooth transition and they didn’t let us down. Jessica was there and expressed to us to call even if it seems like it’s small and may sound foolish. I just wanted to say we are so happy and looking forward to this new chapter of 2026 and all the Blessings God has for us!!❤️

I've called, they don't answer, i stopped by the office anout my stove. They said they would get maintenance on it..1 week later, nothing and Thanksgiving is next week!!! The hallways are nasty, they never clean it!! So much to add to this list!!
