Do not live here. I’ve gone six days without water and management has done absolutely nothing to fix it. That alone should tell you everything. The floors are paper-thin you can hear every footstep and conversation from the unit above like they’re in your living room. The “valet trash” service you’re forced to pay for is a joke. The worker doesn’t even bother checking inside the bin if there’s a bag sitting outside, so trash gets ignored repeatedly. This has already happened multiple times. On top of that, the property is constantly littered with beer cans, cigarette butts, and other garbage left by residents, and no one seems to care. The gym hours are incredibly limited, and I’m still waiting on a key I should have had from day one. The kitchen storage is laughably inadequate. You can’t even stand up wine glasses in the cabinets. This is easily the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance is unhelpful and clearly unqualified, with serious communication issues and no real solutions. I will not be renewing my lease, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I hate it here.

Not worth it, it's been painful living here, the hot water and no water issues is legitimate, for anyone with concerns contact Public Utility Commission, the city can only help so much; management company, does not respond to emails nor calls.
Save yourself the headache, pay the extra fees and go somewhere else.

The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Deide. She explains everything very clearly, is very kind, and tries to make the process easy for you. The service is 10/10; that's something you don't find everywhere. I have absolutely no complaints; I'm very happy with the unit, and my experience has been great!

I have enjoyed my time at District 2308 so far. The area for the most part is peaceful and I havent had any major problems that would qualify as a concern. Management is professional, accomodating, and efficient with the way in which they handle concerns.Everyone has room for improvement, but I would definitely rcommend someone to live here.
