I live here since January 7th all though it is a great place there have been so many issues when I moved until the new unit everything was fine until one of the roommates was going back and forth with me and than it eventually turn into us from going back and forth to her threating to throw me off the balcony keep in mind we live on the third floor I filed a police report so I will have something documented I let the front office know what has been going on they have been trying to force me to move to another unit because they told me without an conviction are not allowed to move the other girl how which I respect but going on to try to force me out it is a double standard and I been trying to get a roommate meeting with the office nothing still has not been scheduled and this has been three weeks since this happened I don't think they care anything about my mental health and if they are wanting me to move out than I should not have to pay the transfer fee now this is contradicting what they just said there is nothing in the lease that says that can force anyone to move out without a conviction. it says prohibited conduct that me or my guests will not engage and it clearly states disturbing or threatening the rights comfort health safety or convenience of others. so she threatened my safety so why is nothing being done to her. also she is doing all she can to get me to move out we agreed to keep the thermostat at 70 and she keeps turning up to 73 but then when I keep trying to turn it down to where it supposed to be she gets mad and turns it all the way up to 95 and than she keeps slamming the door every time she leaves and come back. and then she was kept hitting my wall for an hour half and I have the audio recording of it and than most of my food had gone missing my prep containers are gone to so she keeps trying to get doing little things everyday to get me out and it not working I have not given this girl no reaction which make her retaliate. SO DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE THREATEN AND NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING IN THE LEASE ESPECIALLY IN THE PROHBITED CONDCUT THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING LEGALLY WITHOUT A CONVICTION BUT YALL ARE TRYING TO FORCE ME TO MOVE OUT SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
The apartment tour was honestly a great experience everything was clean, well designed, and felt like a place I could actually see myself living. Even though there were renovations going on. DJ made it even better; she was super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew her stuff. Definitely the best tour guide I’ve had.

Had an excellent experience with Xen at Buffalo at Arlington! She was welcoming, friendly, and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend her!

It's been 3 months and they have yet to send me my deposit check. I have called the office, corporate, sent demand letters, and emailed. There has been no resolution. They claim the manager will call, they will call back in 30 minutes, accounting will email back, and nothing is done. The issue is that the apartment makes about $3000 for one 5 bedroom (and they have about 300 units) and they can't pay back a deposit of $300 (originally $250 + $50 in certified mail and expedited correspondence). It's stupid. I sent 2 certified and 2 regular demand letters so far and I will sending another in the next few days. It may be a new place with a new property management but it's still the same place that sucks. If I continue to not get a resolution I will take them to small claims court for 3 times my deposit plus fees. If this is resolved in a reasonable timeframe (by 3/17), I will take this review down.
Actual Review:
When I was living there it was okay, even with the name change and property management change. Most likely you won't choose your roommate and you could be in a situation when your roommate has someone living with them. Management will do nothing about it. Gym never has wipes and has a lot of broken but working equipment (broken buttons, etc), pool is closed a lot, the security fingerprints will sometimes lock out their residents, doors are propped open, they claim resident assistants can help after hours if you are locked out (not true). It's a mostly a shared apartment but anyone could live there as long as they could pay. I had a 45 year old roommate living with four 20 year olds. It's mainly for college students and new graduates. If you just need a place to live while you're in college or a young professional, this is will work for you until you move on to better things (it can get a little expensive as you renew). Overall its a 4-5/10.

I rented a unit here a day ago just before moving in I see this frame in the bathroom was messed up, first when I approached the lady she said she’ll gonna show me a different unit, the next day she changed her words asking for a fee of some xyz$ to transfer the lease to a different unit, even when following up on calls I was taking time to sign lease during that time they also told me if any changes required to change unit, it can be manageable after signing lease, now when I signed the lease and brought this to their attention management changed there words, its management responsibility to check every detail before renting apartment, they just end-up by saying me they’ll gonna fix it, its not a major issue but still if things like this encountered, management need to accommodate renter providing best possible resolution, we’re not living here for free and if there are any issues from the management like the one I’m facing right now should be resolved by them selves, when i asked them for better unit they just wanna charge me more instead of accepting there fault.
